里根塔山頂酒店，西姆拉 (Regenta Hilltop Shimla)

I was disappointed with the whole experience. To reach the hotel, we had to navigate a long, poorly lit, and narrow road that felt extremely unsafe at night. It was a nerve-wracking journey each time we went out and came back – not at all the relaxing or convenient access you’d expect for a hotel. First, the room was far from what I expected based on the photos. It was small and had an unpleasant musty smell. The bedding didn’t seem clean, and the sheets had noticeable stains. The bathroom was even worse; there was mold in the corners of the shower,the soap and shampoo pumps were not in working condition and the towels looked worn and brown in colour (they were white towels) Dining experience wasn't great at all either as the options were limited. Overall, between the terrifying access road and the hotel’s lack of cleanliness and upkeep, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
