Hi think your hotel need improved on services Reason choose same hotel due trust and fill like home. This time even was with my friends with at Cafetria having lunch or tea, busy talking about material Your staff just come stand next us so not able to talk so free asking me where went today?? Why your staff so busy body to find where went out what my plan for the day? I m customer got no right ask me 3 years staying same hotel no bother call at 7pm asking for my meal at hotel or outside. This time so concern calling while i m resting ask me about dinner. That disturb me dont like to be bother during my stay Well refund on my check out . The money very small dont really care or bother not given back to me. You spoil my image and my cousin during my stay at your hotel. Do know why someone come to shirdi ?? To pray and meet sai Daily go morning pooja and night without fail I need call many time for your pick services pick me up You just judge me so negative question like i m criminal. Police so dont ask or inquiry as you all do Better support and give bussiness other hotel in my tour plan

Hotel needs an upgrade. Very rundown compared to our last 永安. 

We booked for 4 nights in September and it was rainy season. Our room water heater was not functioning. We complained everyday, nothing was done. Very frustrated with the service.
