When we got there our tv didn’t work and tried calling the front desk and the phone didn’t work either and we had kids so we had to walk down there for them to tell them they were booked out and didn’t have anything available and to get with yall for a refund

The room has an extremely noisy air conditioner. The reception front counter seems to take 25 dollar deposit but there’s no receipt to indicate amount to be refunded when checking out. And I was just informed that return deposit will be informed by email but there was no email. Just unprofessional.

In my 2 day stay we had to switch rooms because the bathroom was not very clean or maybe it was because of the oldness of a hotel. The toilet stopped up after one use. The television sound was as if you were listening thru a transitor radio. The next rooms tv had no sound at all. I have stayed there before, less than a year ago and don't recall it being that run down. Oh and may I say the parking was tight.
