My sister and I ended up staying the same floor-me in a single king and her in a double queen. Their TV was newer, but nothing worked on the remote-not even the guide or menu-and they wanted to purchase a movie. My TV was older and I had an old IPod 16 pin docking station alarm clock. It was nostalgic, but not useful. My sister’s room was absolutely disgusting between the desk and TV stand and behind the TV. It clearly hasn’t been vacuumed in a long time in those areas. Mine was clean, but the coffee station had no stir sticks and only had 1 cup and no lids. My sister’s room had a roach run across the desk and hid in the coffee station, so she didn’t even consider using hers. There is no trash can in the bathroom (only 1 under the desk) and the outlet situation is pretty disappointing. Bring an extension cord if you need to use a cpap or prefer electronics plugged in near the bed. Additionally, there is no way to contact the front desk from the room if there is a problem. When you dial “0”, there is a message that there is no one to take your call and it hangs up on you. The front desk is sloooowww-slow enough that after 15 minutes waiting in line, I just dropped my key on the counter to check out and left. Check in took about 20 minutes and there was only 1 person in line ahead of me. The hotel floor was quiet and I slept well in the bed. I would not stay here again after being in my sister’s room and with the state of the front desk.

Everyone was nice and the beds were so soft and so was the pillows and the rooms are so clean

Had an excellent experience at this hotel. We will definitely be back!
