櫃枱服飾非常親切，酒店內部包括房間都非常清潔，房間裏有吹風筒冰箱拖鞋和咖啡，沖涼房還有浴缸，唯一缺點是房間隔音不好，

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely return. The rooms were clean, spacious, and perfect for a family getaway. One thing we especially appreciated was the room layout—having separate spaces allowed each of us to rest better and enjoy some quiet time. Overall, it was a comfortable, enjoyable experience that made our family 永安 even more memorable.

Sibu is short of quality hotels, and this hotel whilst comfortable is nothing to write about. Reception staff are very friendly. My room 702 was extremely small - 17 sq meters. It had one arm chair so nowhere for a second person to sit, other than on the bed. Bed was comfortable but there were no electrical sockets near the bed itself. Breakfast is basic, but fills a corner. Fortunately just one night.

Overall it is an old hotel, it is quite cleaned, spacious, TV not much channel. The lighting inside is moderate, not too bright, not too dim. The breakfast however was not so good, not many choices and there is no meat. Got rice but no meat and vege.

The accommodities provided is very good.. The room and the bathroom is very clean and very comfortable.. Overall, i had a great experience here.. Haaa.. The morning view from my room also very beautiful.. Gonna stay here again for my next visit.. 😍
