È stato il nostro primo hotel appena arrivati a Siem Reap. Nonostante il check in fosse alle 14, il gentile staff ci ha permesso di entrare in camera verso le 13 (fortunatamente perchè avevamo alle spalle un viaggio di 12 ore). La nostra camera era pulita e accogliente, ma il vero punto forte di questa struttura è la posizione strategica poichè è vicinissima a pub street e ai vari market, dove si puó trovare da mangiare e acquistare souvenir di tutti i tipi. Un ringrazianento speciale a Tola dello staff del pomeriggio per la sua gentilezza e disponibilità e a Ham, bravissimo nel preparare margarita.

Beautiful hotel in not so good location which brought the score down for me. Everything else was on point. Thanks to my massage therapist, she was amazing. The hotel is definitely luxury, staff are professional and endearing. The hotel just seem out of place where it is. There is also a club that goes way into the morning so if you don’t mind luxury in an unexpected space and you are able to sleep through really loud music I fully recommend the hotel. If any of that is unappealing then you may want to go elsewhere.

Kami tidak jadi menginap di the Luxury karena setelah melakukan booking dan pembayaran, pengelola properti menghubungi kami dan meminta kami untuk pindah ke properti lain dengan opsi yg mereka berikan dan upgrade kamar dan breakfast sebagai kompensasi. Akhirnya kami pindah ke Boutique Indochine d'Angkor, hotel yang cukup nyaman. Letaknya memang tidak persiz di pusat keramaian (pub street) Siem Reap, tapi bisa jalan kaki sekitar 15-20 menit ke sana.

When I was there AC broke they couldn’t fix it so we didn’t sleep at all Worst night But overall staff gentle and nice place You might be more luckier then us 😂

I was on a short 永安 with my cousin and we stayed here for one night. The staffs are friendly and the service are so good with the very clean room and bathroom. The location is quite near pup street and other restaurants.
