My aircon was noisy and the servi-bar too. Finally I prefered a fan. The people were nice but not very trained. My first day at the pool, late afternoon, they told me they cannot provide me two towels (I was with my granddaughter that came with me, because her family stayed in other hotel), so I told them to give two white towels and finally they did. The terrace doors it's difficult to close, but for three nights, going around all day, I did not got at the terrace.

性價比很高，很便宜，服務人員也很友善。酒店的游泳池可以泡裏面看電子書。就是住宿期間有一衹老鼠經常走來走去，我也沒覺得怎麼樣，但是游泳池跑到酒吧枱上找吃的，所以我沒有喝任何的飲料。早飯沒有太多東西，但是那麼便宜也不指望太高級的早餐，味道不錯的麪可以點

Хороший отель за свои деньги, отличное месторасположение. В первый день был дискомфорт из за соседей живущих внизу, шум, крики как будто они в отели проживают одни!! Просили поменять номер в тихом месте, получили отказ! Завтрак вполне съедобный, нам хватало, всегда в наличии фрукты, омлет, лапша, булочки! К концу 3 дня появились мелкие комары!

◾️総括蟲がいる以外は完璧なホテル ◾️前提・1月に宿泊・女1人で3泊、12000円ほど。 ◾️立地・パブストリートやオールドマーケットまでは徒歩10分ほど・飲食店などが周りに多いので生活には困らないです。 ◾️接客・チェックイン、チェックアウトが人力で行われる・接客で特に気になる點はなし ◾️アメニティ・アメニティにクシ、歯ブラシ、ケトル、ドライヤー(しょぼい)、インスタントコーヒー、ボトルに入った水など・浴室にシャンプー&リンス一體型、ボディソープ&ハンドソープ一體型・化粧水、スリッパなどはない・ロビーに冷水機あり ◾️部屋・1人で悠々と2人分の部屋を利用できた・建物が古いので綺麗ではないが掃除がされている・wifiは微妙だけど使える・水圧、水温は大きな問題なし・蟲がマジで多くて困った、噛まれた時の対策が必要・キャリーケースもすっかりダニにやられていた

Staff wasn’t helpful in request. ie there were 7 of us and they only gave 5 towels we had to ask for it 3 times in a span of 1.5hrs just to get the other 2 towels. Picture attached is what we found when we moved in… thorough cleaning not done. There was no TV or a safe! there were 2 fridges but they weren’t even working. Already wrote in to them for extra beds and blankets was also not met, even though at first they said we should have written in the remarks to them. I showed them that I did, right after this they changed their words to their store staff goes off at 5pm… we were taking at 4.30pm. Location was good but i don’t know if it was worth all the hassle going back and forth between the rooms and the front counter because there were no landlines either.

The reception staff were not the most helpful, the male staff were better. The room was not the cleanest. Rarely any towels or clean towels to use for the pool. The breakfast was awful, ants all over the crossaints, not worth the money. Rarely had any change when you tried to pay for food or drink. We did however book a great 永安 to the floating village through the hotel, company is called angkor wat travel tour.

There's nothing good beside the location. I stayed here for the 2nd time. I chose it because it impressed me at my first time but the second wasn't. No more! - The room was dirty, my feet got dirty walk around the room. - The facility was old and broken (First impressions the door knob was broken, second light blown out, third bedsheet was torn, 2nd day of my stay they offered old and torn towels, AC making loud noise and the bath shower made me scared to shower, not mentioning the light, or the toilet yet) - Stuff was NOT solution oriented. They asked me to wait outside for a few hours for them to fix those things. I paid full price in advance. I wanted to rest. They are supposed to make things ready before the check-in. They blame each other also not being hospitality oriented. At the check-out, the staff didn't even say sorry for this whole situation 🫠 Anyway this hotel is old, no maintenance. So, choose another hotel.... Don't let your stay be ruined by it.
