Excellent Hôtel. Piscine magnifique, chambres spacieuses, jolies et confortables. Tout fonctionnait. Le personnel parle anglais et est sympathique. La piscine est le gros point fort. Elle est propre, chaude et magnifique, avec une petite cascade et un bar très mignon. Situé pas très loin du centre ville.

A Truly Exceptional Stay – Beyond Expectations! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and outstanding hospitality. The hotel itself is stunning—impeccably clean, beautifully designed, and thoughtfully maintained. Every detail, from the cozy room ambiance to the relaxing amenities, made our stay comfortable and memorable. What truly sets this place apart is the staff. Every team member we encountered—from the front desk to housekeeping and the restaurant crew—was courteous, professional, and genuinely caring. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, always ready with helpful suggestions and sincere service. Special thanks to Mr. Daro , whose kindness and attention to detail truly made us feel at home. This hotel doesn’t just offer a place to stay—it offers an experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for exceptional service and a memorable visit. We’ll definitely be coming back!

I love the location (walking distance to restaurants and the market), the pool, the nature surrounding the pool, and the room. The room was spacious, but I was disappointed that the coach I saw in the pictures was not included in the room. I asked for a change, but the hotel was fully booked. The bathroom bothered me the most. I was unlucky because the room I was in was not renovated yet compared to the other rooms I saw. I couldn't sit in the toilet seat because my right leg was right by the wall, I had to sit sideways to do business. The family room's bathroom needs renovation and I hope they do it soon and a balcony light would help. Other than that, I had a nice stay.

Got a bad experience staying here. It took me more than an hour to check in. I booked and paid online on 永安. I went as a group of 3 so I booked 2 rooms and requested 2 beds each room in the booking. When I arrive, the hotel told me they don't have twin room. I went with 3 friends so of course I prefer to have a total of 3 beds. They gave me some excuses and I had to wait in lobby more than an hour. Quite an uncomfortable experience. I didn't try to make a scene or make their life difficult as I already paid online. However, they made me pay extra to have 3 beds. I had no choice I already paid online and need 3 beds. I asked for refund, they declined. It's a tourist destination, hospitality is very important. The hotel didn't help customers but tried to take benefits as it was the international marathon day and most hotels got fully booked. I asked them which one they prioritize; provide good experience to customers or non-flexible policy. And guess what a hotel says "firmly policy". I was so speechless. On a side note, the room that I paid extra also has cockroach

From check-in to check-out, we were taken care of wonderfully. The rooms are large, the food is amazing, the staff are very nice and smiling. They can help you book tours for just about anything as well as take care of laundry  Great place to stay ^^
