Positives - very good communication for bookings - check in very smooth and enjoyable - very friendly and helpful staff through out the hotel - room very well presented and clean - pool lovely and clean looks very nice at night with coloured lights - bed large and very comfortable Opportunities - breakfast was same each day, other hotels vary the food , ie a different breakfast buffet menu which alternates between days would be much more interesting for guests and also the staff at the hotel kitchen to do something different - at breakfast time some foods like bacon run out, seems that the staff not well resourced / trained / given autonomy to ensure foods do not run out - shower water .. low pressure and just luke warm.. probably to save on cost of heating water but not respectful to guests

這是我半年內第二次來暹粒住的第四家酒店，J7 算是最差的，各方面都差。 首先早餐真的很難吃，是屬於那種基本上沒什麼吃的，除了現做的雞蛋和粉面，衹有很簡單的炒粉炒麪，炒菜極其敷衍，有肉菜，但是早上八點多肉菜就沒了，基本上不會補新的菜，關鍵是每天早餐都很難吃。 其次服務也很差，在服務業很發達的暹粒 J7酒店的服務約等於沒有，不會有人來幫你拿行李，基本上服務生都在眼巴巴看着你，辦入住也是辦不明白，弄了十幾分鍾才弄好。i 最後房間很差，空調噪音特別大，跟拖拉機一樣，而且床品不是很乾凈感覺，身上會起疹子。

제가 경험한 호텔중 가장 친절한 호텔이었으며, 개인적으로 시엠립에 다시 가면 다시 방문하고 싶은 호텔입니다. 직원분들께서는 너무 친절하여, 이 번에 다녀온 여행에 좋은 기억으로 남습니다. 시엠립에 가실 일이 있으면 진심으로 추천합니다. 단, 수영장 물이 좀 짭니다. ㅎ 그것 말고는 흠잡을 곳이 없습니다. 강추 합니다

服務非常好，房間很大也很高級，價格超值，房間和照片一樣真的巨大，設施也很好，可惜是衹住了一個晚上沒空體驗游泳池，500左右都很值。每個工作人員都非常畢恭畢敬，給服務態度薄紗國內，絕對薄紗。有地下停車場，租摩託可以停那裡很安全。絕絕絕絕絕。 摩託租賃店是在old market旁邊見圖，也很好，租的最好的一台15刀一天，沒有按金要拍下護照。 Very very good service excellent room declaration and facilities with warm service. Front desk also good in servicing and helped us carry luggage and stuff. Impressive experience for sure.

Excellent service! Everyone there was so kind. We had so many lovely conversations with staff. The facilities had everything you needed - gym, 24 hour in-room dining, pool, bar, massage. Location is walkable to many restaurants, stores etc. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again. Room was large, bed was comfy. Enough space to lounge, 2 desk areas, large bathroom, tub/shower and closet space. Staff was amazing! We loved everyone and Mr.November at the pool educated on many traditional customs, we had a wonderful conversation with him as with everyone there. Front desk was helpful, friendly. Can’t say anything negative, very good hotel.

環境優美 裝修的也不錯，工作人員都非常友善微笑服務。 早餐也還可以選擇挺多，每天都會及時清理房間，住一樓的小陽台可以直接通往泳池，唯一就是泳池小了一點點.

Hotel de cinco estrellas con experiencia excepcional. La decoración es sobria y exquisita, creando un ambiente elegante y acogedor. La zona interior ajardinada con una piscina muy bonita está perfectamente diseñada, y todo está dispuesto con un gran estilo. Las habitaciones son amplias, con suelos de madera que añaden un toque de calidez. El cuarto de baño es impresionante, con una bañera y duchas estupendas. La cama es grandísima, lo que garantiza un descanso reparador. Además, cada habitación cuenta con un balcón que da a la calle a una zona ajardinada. Por la noche, se agradece la tranquilidad, ya que no se escucha ningún ruido. El desayuno es simplemente espectacular, con una gran variedad de opciones, especialmente de comida occidental. La atención del personal es impecable; los camareros son muy educados y ofrecen un servicio personalizado. La recepción también destaca por su amabilidad; te acompañan a la habitación y te hacen sentir bienvenido desde el primer momento.
