It is walking distance from pub street. Hotel is good. But they have two buildings. One building has swimming pool and gym and restaurant. I was in other building. That was the only negative point. Staff is cooperative. Good worth for money

Das Hotel liegt super Zentral und ist trotzdem super ruhig gelegen. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und sehr sauber. Das Bett war sehr angenehm, anstatt eine Badewanne wäre eine Dusche sinnvoller. Das Frühstück ist ausreichen, hat aber wenig Abwechslung. Der Pool ist super sauber, aber es sind zu wenig Liegen vorhanden. Anstatt die Stühle mit Tischen noch zusätzlich hinzustellen, wäre es besser mehr Liegen aufzustellen. Es gibt ein Problem mit dem Manager des Hotels, das Personal selbst war super freundlich. Wir hatten vom ersten Tag an Probleme mit dem Fernseher, wir hatten am ersten Abend darauf aufmerksam gemacht. Anstatt einfach diesen Fernseher zu tauschen hat man immer wieder uns vertröstet. Nachdem wir einwenig drück gemacht haben hat sich der Manager endlich dazu entschieden den Fernseher zu tauschen. Das hat bis zum 2 Abend gedauert. Ansonsten hatten wir dort einen schönen Aufenthalt um sich Angkor anzuschauen.

The hotel itself was great, very nice and comfortable. Breakfast was also super nice, and staff were very helpful. The hotel had wifi issues the entire time we were there, and our TV was broken(staff attempted to fix but had to wait until next day), and they had "just run out" of the promised free sim cards.

立地が良くオールドマーケットやパブストリートにも1〜2分です。3組の夫婦で宿泊したのですが旦那さん達はホテルで休んでいて奧さん達で買い物やマッサージにも行きました！ 部屋に茶色い小さいゴキブリみたいのがいたのでびっくりしましたがそれ以外は部屋も清潔で充分な広さだったので良かったです。 また機會があれば利用したいホテルです。

My first time staying at this hotel and I find that all the staffs were very friendly and approachable and always putting on a smiling face. Room stay is good except for the air conditioning wasn’t cool enough and it was promptly changed upon my request. Overall the stay is a pleasant one.
