高龍長灘度假村 (Long Beach Resort Koh Rong)

去的第一天，入住了一小時wifi就斷了，高龍島上cellphone的卡沒信號，所以衹能靠酒店wifi，問前台人員什麼時候可以修好，支支吾吾説這一片區域都壞了，於是沿着海灘找到另一家beach bar 蹭wifi。一直到第二天早上wifi才修好，但是發現房間空調又壞了，真的是設備維護很差，本來還想再住一晚，畢竟酒店的sok san beach白沙很美，人也很少，但是設備導致我對這家酒店失去信心，換了另一家resort。租了摩託環島，還摩託的時候傍晚，發現酒店又停電了，前台人都沒，所有的客人都在餐廳應急燈光處，衹能説還好沒連續住這家，情況太多了。 酒店早餐很不錯，好吃。也是最好的體驗了吧。

Lugar con mucho encanto. Trabajadores encantadores y dispuestos a ayudarte. Está un poco escondido por lo que recomiendo alquilar una moto para poder moverte por la isla. Lo único malo es que el camino de acceso hasta el hotel es un camino de tierra que si llueve puede llegar a embarrarse bastante y dificulta la conducción. Habitación increíble con buenas vistas.

Nice hotel overall but very far from the main attractions so you will need a motorbike to travel around. The beach is beautiful if you are looking for a nice relaxing stay without much travelling. The breakfast can be improved as you can only choose from only 4 options that is asian or western (eggs/rice) and the quality isn’t the best for a high price point of the rooms. But the staff are amazing and helpful.

I haven't even arrived yet and its already a nightmare. I paid for 2 nights through 永安 and booked the wrong room. Unfortunately its no cancellations but they sent the waiver request to the hotel and i called the hotel so they can expedite it. They said they would be able to cancel it its ok but the system is down so they couldn’t do anything at that moment but he will do it tomorrow. So under the impression that it was going to get cancelled, i booked the correct room because there were only 2 rooms left... and the hotel is refusing to now cancel the other room. I now have two bookings and i can't cancel one of it even though i confirmed with the hotel first that the other one was going to be cancelled.

Perfect hotel at the perfect beach. The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was descent, the staff were friendly, especially the guy named Lucky, he was a great help and very polite.

Avoid at All Costs!! If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway, STAY FAR AWAY from this so-called “resort.” The owner’s only goal is clearly to squeeze as much money as possible, with zero regard for guest experience or well-being. The place is a nightmare masquerading as a luxury escape. First, the beach is not exclusive as advertised. It’s PUBLIC, constantly overcrowded, and overrun by loud groups who take over from noon until evening. There’s karaoke, private parties, and events happening right next to where you’re trying to eat or relax. Strangers walk freely through the hotel grounds and past guest rooms – zero security, zero peace. The noise is unbearable: blasting music from both the hotel bar and the hoards of young people that each bring their speakers. Complaints? Don’t bother. The management pretends to care but offers only temporary, half-hearted fixes. The staff is overwhelmed, but the real problem lies with the owner, who seems more interested in profiting off day-永安pers (that don’t even buy much at the bar) than providing the “resort experience” promised to paying guests. External visitors are rude and entitled, treating the space like their personal playground. They use the loungers, cushions, and even sports equipment meant for hotel guests. They play ball right in front of you while kilometers of open beach remain unused. Meanwhile, you’re stuck tolerating this chaos because the hotel is isolated, and there are no alternatives. The pricing is an insult. What they charge for this mess is laughable. The false advertising is criminal – this is NOT a peaceful, exclusive resort. If we had known the truth, we would never have booked! Because we stayed for 8 nights, we asked for a partial refund, but wouldn’t get offered any compensation from the owner! He even told our booking platform, after we had contacted them about the matter, that we were lying!!! The owner is in Phnom Penh and has no idea what’s going on! Taking pity in our troubles, the restaurant staff invited us for dinner the last evening. Thank you for that! Do yourself a favor and book anywhere else. This place is an overpriced, mismanaged circus where the only thing the owner cares about is making money off your misery. NEVER AGAIN.

Een onzettende warm welkom ontvangen! Behulpzame Staff! Hebben me geholpen bij het boeken van mijn scuba diving en mijn ticket met de ferry . De kamer was goed en gekoeld! Ik mis alleen een telefoon en omdat ik ziek was moest ik zelf naar het restaurant om mijn eten te bestellen (geen room service). Menu kaart was niet ingericht voor vegans. Tevens ook het ontbijt niet. Ik kon letterlijk alleen fruit en aardappelen eten bij het ontbijt. Uiteindelijk heb ik door onderhandelen met de Staff wel uiteindelijk lekker gegeten! Ik had wel graag de kamer met zeezicht gehad, die twee glazen wanden had. Verder heerlijk op de beach vertoeft! Ik als solo reiziger die echt er was voor mijn rust was dit een geweldige locatie op Koh Rong!
