旅館客人幾乎是中國人，他們到處抽煙，房間走廊所有的地方都是很濃的煙味，浴室的水龍頭鬆動，洗澡水量太小，但是房間很新，很高級，就是煙味太嚴重，像是住在煙囱裡。

房間被配置的是330ml的水，不夠喝，晚上入住後，打電話讓再送兩瓶，結果等到退房也沒送到。房間金屬設備有的都生銹了，需要更新換代了。 電梯也沒有梯控，在這樣一個城市，酒店電梯沒梯控，真的不應該。

I had the pleasure of staying at hotel during the New Year, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The festive decorations throughout the hotel created a warm and cheerful atmosphere that truly set the tone for the holiday season. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special, offering excellent service despite how busy it was. The New Year’s Eve celebration organized by the hotel was a highlight of our 永安. The food at the gala dinner was delicious, with a wide variety of options to suit every palate. The live entertainment and countdown event were spectacular, making it a memorable way to ring in the New Year. Our room was clean, spacious, and had a stunning view of the fireworks display at midnight. The thoughtful touches, like a complimentary New Year’s gift and champagne, made us feel truly welcomed. The location of the hotel was perfect, close to local attractions but still peaceful enough for a relaxing getaway. Overall, it exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a festive and luxurious place to celebrate the New Year. I can’t wait to return!

酒店非常好，房間寬敞乾淨，配備齊全，價格實惠，十月一期間也沒有漲價，出去就是泳池和海灘，還有健身房，海灘的食物價格實惠，酒店位置也方便，去沙樂市場不遠，服務也很好，前台經理還幫忙聯繫了去高龍島的船，很棒，下次來西港還住這裏。
