Excellent hotel, clean hotel area and beach. Get from the pier by boat for a fee ($15 for three) can be walked for ～one hour. The area is quiet, the pool is clean. Breakfasts are decent. The staff is very nice and polite.

Nettes Resort in ruhiger Lage, sehr netter Personal, sehr gutes Frühstück und auch das Restaurant ist sehr gut und die Preise sind noch ok. Man wird direkt an der Fähre abgeholt und zum Resort gebracht (3 Min). Am Strand wird immer wieder Müll angespült, der noch häufiger entfernt werden könnte. Generell hat es am Strand nur wenige Liegen vom Hotel.

When we arrived to island , found out that there is no way to get to our hotel , except boat . So had to contact the hotel and arrange pick up. Cost us 5$ per person / one way 永安 . During our stay , we have a feeling that we are not really welcomed here , the staff act indifferent . We could wait a menu for 20 min to order some food . There were not too many choices in menu as well. There is one more resort calls Tube , so most of time we went there . I would not recommend to come at this island and particularly this resort .

La plage est sale, et trop de vague.... Et la piscine, probleme technique, donc pas pu l'utiliser, dernier jour en fonction mais avec de forte odeur de produit pour clarifier l'eau. Pour s'allonger autour de la piscine, seulement 8 transats. Petit déjeuner convenable. Pour la restauration, cher par rapport à tous les autres restaurants. Pour le départ de l'hôtel, nous avons réservé via la réception, le bateau pour aller à Koh-Rong, 15€ par personne, mais 2h de navigation, et arrêt à plus points... On s'est fait un peu avoir... Pour moi, l'endroit ne vaut pas le déplacement... Par contre, personnel très sympathique, agréable, souriant.

We received first a very bad room, it was small and smelly. The room hadn't got even a floor, only beton... We went to the reception and asked for a normal room, the guy at the reception didn't wonder about the our complains. We received a room which was better, but it was some out of order room (no room number and no amenities). During our 5 nights stay the room was not properly cleaned or the bedsheet changed. The swimming pool was dirty, so we didn't use it. The breakfast and dinner was good and tasty. It is definitely not 4 star hotel, max. 3 star.

The hotel rooms and the hotel itself is great, but the staff hardly speak any English and they also run out of menu options all the time, had no chicken on menu etc. Even the menu itself was very limited. There’s also nothing to do nearby and the closest walk to another beach with shops/bars etc is 1.5 hours through jungle. I wouldn’t come to this island I would just stay at Koh Rong.

Die Unterkunft ist top gelegen, wir haben ein kostenloses Upgrade bekommen. Jedoch war die Kommunikation manchmal sehr schwer. Zum Frühstück gab es dann morgens keine Marmelade mehr und zum Mittagessen keine Spaghetti mehr. Das haben wir erst nach 10min. warten erfahren (uns würde gesagt es gibt noch welche) ansonsten eine super tolle Unterkunft
