沙灘簡易別墅 (Sandy Beach Bungalows by EHM)

I arrived at the reception and was met by a different person. He said that this was a different hotel and they had merged. Now they all work together. I said OK and he took me to look at the room, but the room turned out to smell very strongly of mold. I asked to see another room, to which the other room turned out to be the same. Then I also continued to ask him to show another room again when we came to another bungalow. There was a cleaning lady lying there and it was not cleaned. He said, it was not cleaned yet. Although there were no clients or guests on the premises at all. I said, You are not busy at all. Why are all your rooms so dirty? I decided to leave and did not check into the room. Then I tried to cancel my reservation at this hotel, but they did it right away. So I could not cancel. And I travel a lot and this is the first time I see that a hotel that is not very high level does such mean things to the clients of the client, they did not even check in, but they do it so as not to return the money.

Отмечали Новый год, персонал большие молодцы, устроили веерверки, танцы у Костров, запуск фонарей в небо, диско. Все добро, мило и беззаботно. Завтраки вкусные, только раньше надо приходить, к закрытию заканчивает еда, но можно спросить. Они были включены в проживание, хотя при бронировании этой информации не было! Ресторан: все вкусно! Обслуживание: забывали убирать наш номер, но мы напоминали ;) Обслуживание: высокой оценки заслуживает Nung Sammang, организовывал ужин на пляже, еду ребенку, решал любые вопросы в период проживания! Спасибо тебе❤️ Море шикарное, вход пологий. Привозят на пирс к отелю или чуть дальше, где встречают привозят/отвозят к отелю персонал. Рекомендую, если вы не зануда😀

被騙了，房型都是一樣的。家庭房，雙人房，花園房都是一樣。位置比較偏，衞生間的樓梯太高了，容易摔倒，被摔了一跤。房間配置倒是齊全。牙刷，毛巾，吹風機，拖鞋都有。但是性價比來説還是不划算。周圍垃圾很多，很多空塑料瓶沒人回收。沒有早餐。對於國人來説，300多這種房間性價比不高。可以看日出。

It's sad that they dig up sand while we are staying there. Customer Service is quite nice. Fairly clean.

we were upgraded to beach front bungalow which was a lovely room with great air con - staff very attentive and helpful, never let us carry our bags and sorted out our ferries for us. perfect place for a few days relaxing!

Very remote location but room was nice and bed was comfortable. The owner of the hotel wasn’t very personable and I didn’t feel looked after especially when trying to leave the island. The hotel has no restaurant but the hotel next door has which is okay.
