The staff is really attentive to one’s needs, but since the location has a lot of trees one would find lizards in your room and they make loud noises. I recommend that you travel with company.

Pro: Everything is perfect when we stay here. The room is very nice and the beachfront is really awesome. The beach is awesome. The pool is also very nice. We have a surprise when we arrive which we really appreciate it a lot. The cold towel and welcome drink is also perfect. We really enjoy staying there. Contra: We stay 3 days 2 night and on our 2nd day, I request for our room to be clean. It took time for them to clean our room. 3pm they clean it even though I already request it from around 11am. We also have dinner on our 2nd day and asking if we can get the water. The restaurant don’t have free water. They only sell bottle water that we have to pay. If we want to get free water, we have to get it from the receptionist and not in the restaurant. They also don’t provide female pad. We have to buy it outside and it’s quite far if we want to buy it. No many restaurant option. The restaurant available is in here or other hotel.

The beds are comfortable, hot water for showering, the place right in front of the beach. We had some specials requests because Im coeliac, related to the food and the waiter and chef were very helpful, so recommend for coelic people. Super cozy, relaxing place and really nice staff. Recommend!

В целом сервис в Камбодже очень низкий. Данный отель по местным меркам имеет лучшие условия. На территории чисто и ухоженно. Бассейн с очень чистой водой ( а это не всегда есть в местных отелях) Вкусно готовят стейки. Персонал очень дружелюбный. И всегда старается помочь. Очень хороший управляющий Александр, были удивлены услышать русскую речь)) подсказал нам сходить на водопад рядом с отелем, мы были довольны прогулкой. Но были и минусы, которые запомнились: принесли кружку грязную с недопитым чаем после кого-то, а еще в кафе увидела кошек, гуляющих на столах вечером. Я люблю животных, но не очень приемлю их присутствие на обеденных столах.

Everything is good except for the weather this time :d The resort is clean and cozy, very good location with the most beautiful beach, the meals are good and delicious, staff is friendly. There is an interesting firework show by the beach after the Bbq, but the gasoline smell after the fireworks show is not good. The smell of gasoline lingered until the next morning, making it impossible for you to relax on the beautiful chairs by the beach to enjoy the early morning sunlight. Moreover, the beach, where fragments soaked in gasoline still remained, would also pollute the lovely bathing area. Cleaning up all those oil-soaked fragments should do the trick
