從酒店的樓房換住到“新樓”也就是新建的幾座Villa，房間有陽台，但是看起來比“舊樓”的房間還舊一些，好處是有陽台，離海邊的泳池更近。也許是Villa建在樹林中且有陽台的緣故，房間裏有蚊子，好在空調很足，把房間温度調低，蚊子不活躍，還是睡了個好覺。房間沒設施也比較舊了，有些設施需要更好的維護，比如中控器沒有沒有設定時間，因而一直閃爍，廁所淋浴器需要裝一個可以調節角度的支架方便使用，床頭應該安裝電源插座等等（舊樓房間反而床頭是有電源插座的）。 早餐很好，前台服務員很友好。

非常好的酒店，有獨立的沙灘，沙軟細白，有礁石景區，有海邊餐廳，游泳池，房間可以看海，觀落日餘暉！美！在三亞至少四千一晚！

第二次入住了。但是這次入住給我的感覺酒店管理存在問題，對員工日常運營遇到問題缺乏培訓，最起碼的換房問題都處理不了。培訓可以讓員工提升能力，最重要還是為了更好的服務客人，請酒店給予重視！

It is always a good place for a holiday because of both the green and the sea. One of my most interesting is a swimming pool next to the sea.

I had a wonderful stay at this beachfront hotel! The location is unbeatable—just steps away from the ocean, with stunning views of the sunrise and sunset. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the amenities I needed. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. I especially appreciated their warm hospitality, which made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The restaurant served fresh and delicious food, and dining while overlooking the sea was a highlight of my 永安. Whether you’re looking for a relaxing escape or a base for beach activities, this hotel is a perfect choice. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

All in all, I can’t complain. The hotel is nice well equipped. The staff is friendly and responsible. Nevertheless, there’s a room for improvement. For example kitchen personnel most certainly requires some training. In the middle of our stay we had a severe food poisoning from breakfast buffet (there’s no doubt), which leads me to thinking a hygiene issue took place, not the food quality. Furthermore, Sunset restaurant has served me mashed potatoes with side vegetables instead of ordered ratatouille with chicken breast without any explanation or warning. Not crucial but disappointing.
