房間好多個蟑螂 打都打不完 房間進去一股怪味 很潮濕 冰箱裏麪打開都有蟑螂 住了四天 打了四天的蟑螂

The room was small (we booked eco room) but it’s okay. The maintenance and upkeep was somewhat low (the hotel opened at 2019, so only 4 years just opened). The towels were a bit yellowish (not the thick white towel that we expected), and had musty smell. The staff service was quite good. The hotel lobby is a plus, it’s quite spacious.

have to park and check in at the highest level of the parking building since the hotel is located on the top of the mall. We got 2 rooms and it was filled with so many small cockroaches, we chose to stay just because the hotel staffs are very helfpul and patient, helping us change our and cleaning it twice since we still found some baby cockroaches... we were too busy cleaning up the room and killing whatever left behind and forgot to take photos.. 😶😶
