From arriving all had be absolutely nice... but ours 永安 is about waterpark.. but frustrating be told... park open at 10 pm.. but open by 11 am.Our target is Ombak section but being told section close for renovation. Other can be category B. Sorry BMLR ... this not my 1st visit.. more than 10 time I being here.. this time feel unacceptable with waterpark.

Hotel room are clean. Location in a quiet area with an excellent view of the lake. Friendly staff who are always willing to assist. Hotel need maintenance to update outdated facilities and furniture. Overall i have a pleasant stay at the hotel and definitely will come back again.

Visited the orangutan island. It was quiet, not much to do around (water park close for renovation). Ok stay, old room. Air con was too big and overwhelmingly noisy. End up sleeping without air con, woke up restless, hot and in a bad mood. +friendly staff  +help book taxi

Best room & location. Nice to stay & rest your mind. Staff are incredibly friendly .Restaurant on the lake front was lovely, staff were very friendly and the food was good. Kids breakfast is great value for money. Enjoy the day in there. Suitable for kids. Not really crowded and the ticket on promo so the price quit reasonable. The waterpark also kids friendly and the affordable.

Aircond temperature remote no function, bath tub shower switch are broken, wifi unstable. Breakfast delicous,nice view. The rest is good.
