Spacious hotel room located at the heart of batu Pahat. Toiletries is provided. Tea and coffee making facility is provided, however no small fridge inside the room. Simple breakfast to fill your stomach.

The location is fairly convenient, connected to a DIY store and a grocery, making it strategic for quick needs. However, the hotel facilities feel dated, and the adjacent mall is largely abandoned, which detracts from the overall experience.

Stayed here on business 永安 for an event. Room is spacious for 2 persons. Breakfast spread was variety and acceptable. Cleanliness is ok also. May consider to come back for family holiday.

A very old hotel that requires and needs lots of refurbishments, upgrades and changes. Bath towels were off-white in colour, most telling about its age and level of cleanliness.

It was quite difficult to find the entrance to the hotel. The outside surrounding is ugly & dirty. The hitelnitself is nice & breakfast was ok. The aweful thing is that there was no minibar & no iron or hair dryer in the room. Its too badic & the bathroom is too snall & the bathroom floor is too slippery. But the service by the staff was excellent!

So far service bagus, receptionist pun mesra je. Security pun ada tolong2 angkat beg sebab nak naik ke lobby ada tangga. Kemudahan oku pun ada. Lobby cantik dan ada sediakan coway untuk refill air. Dari lobby boleh jalan terus masuk ke mall Summit. Kalau dari luar hotel nampak macam hotel lama, tapi nasib baik bilik okay dan tak old school sangat. Bilik just nice, cuma part kebersihan cadar dan bantal. Pihak hotel dah boleh beli set cadar baru kot. Toilet bersih, hair dryer ada, water heater berfungsi dan iron tidak disediakan. Makan breakfast kat sini biasa sangat rasa dia dan boleh diperbaiki lagi. Ayah saya complain tak sedap 😅 Parking kereta free sebab parking kat tepi2 hotel dan mall. Kalau penuh boleh parking atas, free juga.

bilik tandas semua bersih.. amenities yang disediakan pon bersih just lusuh sikit je tuala dia tu. semua ok servis pon tiptop breakfast pon sedapp just bilik iron je jauhh di hujung lagi-lagi kalau dapat bilik hujung
