酒店有兩個泳池， 泳池嗰一層有健身室，同埋有幾舒服嘅吊椅 可以chill下都唔錯嘅... 距離地鐵站有小小距離，但係巴士站就好近近，每45分鐘有shuttle。可惜空調有D難校温度，其他都ok.

差旅牛馬出差新加坡三天兩晚，這裏也充當了臨時辦公室。地方雖不大，但物品齊全且佈置得還可以。餐廳在一樓，出大門在右轉。早餐品類中規中矩。可能臨近聖誕節，過來入住的外國人也不少。

設施：不錯，挺乾淨的，就是床位太高了，不適合亞洲人身高 衞生：這個還行，就是房間小了些 環境：一般般，附近的餐廳少，有點貴 服務：這還不錯，也有中文服務。 步行二十分鐘能到烏蘭。

We stayed here for 5 days and had a wonderful experience. 😍The view was really beautiful and the pool was very nice and relaxing. The place was clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere made our stay enjoyable. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and we would be happy to come back again. ♥️💐

房間小的可憐，10平米都沒有，窗戶不能打開的。800多一天，真覺得不划算。早餐一層的餐廳，油煙味很重，吃完早餐就得換衣服洗澡，不然一身油煙味。房間的燈上厚厚的塵土，覺得真心不值這個價格。

跟娃玩了兩天，第一天住parkroyal collection marina bay,第二天住這兒，位置上對比來説交通確實不夠便利，地鐵坐到newton站，出來走了二十分鐘才到，步行還有幾個上坡路段，好在就是背包加小登機箱，沒多少東西，大行李箱果斷打車吧，地鐵站到酒店也就10塊左右，酒店附近的公交站牌（190A/972A）供參考。房間跟之前曾住過的mecure iocn中心美居相比來的大，餐食差不多。周邊環境還可以，從地鐵站走過來路上貌似有幾個不錯的餐廳？房間隔音一般，晚上可以聽得見飛機起降。前台服務不錯，溝通後從大床改為雙床。住這兒的亞裔面孔來的要多一些。

基本上都還算可以，但實際上的位置比較不OK走到地鐵站要17分鐘好還有接駁的車來接送其他的設施及住宿都還算不錯的只有櫃枱的服務態度需要加強不太愛搭理人家，所以實際上的話是蠻扣分的希望能加強櫃枱服務人員的態度。

Great hotel with two wonderful swimming pools. For the price range is one of the best value for money in SG, given also the quite remote location. Cons: you only have a bus to reach, far from all MRT stations. No restaurants in the area except those belong to hotel downstair but if you dont mind walking Orchard rd is 20minutes away. The nicest pool infinity style is placed beside buffet restaurant on second floor so the area can be quite messy with awful odours from kitchen coming thru. Room insulation is poor. Pro: price value, amenities and room service 24h.

1. 방 위생 : 호텔 828호방은 암내가 나서 당일 날 방이 없어서 다음날 바꿔줬습니다. 바꾼 방에 이불에서 약간의 소변 냄새가 났습니다. 청소 시에 나프탈렌을 소독 분무기로 뿌립니다. 2. 위치 :호텔 버스가 2곳에 정차합니다 오차드 로드 건물 뒷쪽과 스티븐역. (오차드로드 부근 건물이라는 표시가 없어서 여러 외국인들이 혼동스러워 합니다 ) 오차드에서 2정거장 떨어져서 버스 타야합니다. (972번 버스) 호텔에서 적극적으로 버스 노선 안내도 좋을 듯 합니다. ( 주요 관광지와 연결된 버스 ) 3.조식 : 빵 3~4종류,두유 3~4종류. 과일 3종류. 차 몇 가지. 시간이 되면 외부에서 드세요. 옆에 편의점 비쌉니다. ( 사발면 $4. 슈퍼 $2.4)입니다.

Staff are very incompetent. Got a first issue on arrival and had to change room for my 60years old mom. But if it was only that…. Employees at the reception have a very bad attitude. I’ve gently talked to one of them at the reception. I asked him just to not go to clean my room as I’m going out and have fragile and specific stuff I don’t want to be touched. I told him that I’m leaving tomorrow so if they can come clean later when I’m here it would be great otherwise it’s okay. He completely laughed at me, I was waiting for him to take note and informed the cleaning staff to not go in the room. He just keep on talking to his friends. I felt something weird and didn’t want to argue, was tired already of my stay there. When I came back later I surprisingly find out that they came in the room and moved my stuff (personal, fragile and expensive). I spoke 20 minutes over the phone to explain the situation but the guy, same here, didn’t care. He transferred me to the reception and provided them with the following informations : the customer wants a cleaning service ??? Then I spend another 20minutes for the staff to finally apologize. At the end they just didn’t care. Employees there don’t care. Most of them are not Singaporeans, a lots of them Malaysians with very bad attitude. As advantages, the hotel has a nice pool (even thought always crowded because the Novotel shares the same pool). Lots of small restaurants downstairs, in front of the hotel. However the MRT is not too close and have to walk on the side of the main road.
