非常差 不敢相信這個價位能差到這種地步 辦理入住時詢問minibar是否免費 工作人員不清楚 提前買了早餐 工作人員辦理入住時不介紹早餐時間和位置 甚至提醒後才發現我的訂單是含餐的 到房間後打電話給前台和客房服務 打了十分鐘沒有人接 後續也沒有人回覆 找前台要一把梳子 被告知酒店沒有梳子 我理解出於環保的角度 房間內不設定一次性物品，但我認為這種基礎物品在客人需要時酒店應該提供 屋內有衞生死角 灰塵很多 酒店沒有健身房 泳池和浴缸差不多大小 第二天的早餐差到出奇 差不多有七八桌客人 衹有三個服務生 這三位要負責帶位 清理桌子 上菜 製作單點類餐食 為客人點單 製作咖啡 補充自助區食品 等等 所以 入座時點的咖啡 20分鐘都沒上 我詢問服務生是她好像已經忘了 餐食種類更是少得讓人無語.....

房間設計很漂亮

Beautifully designed hotel, friendly service and a great breakfast (the best Greek yoghurt and honey in Asia!). The restaurant Kee's was also good for dinner, plus they make a mean cocktail at the bar. Specific mention to Glynn for her warm hospitality and taking the time to chat/ The team overall were very good. Thanks for a great stay!

晚上入住，因沒有零錢付款的士司機費用，前台小姐幫我墊付了費用，謝謝。酒店屬於小而精，唯一不足的是給的2樓，有點吵，房間小，位置不錯

The hotel is new and clean, plus it's conveniently located. The pool is a bit small though.

Firstly, l have to point out to 永安 to be more specific in your description. I saw your posting of the Urban Luxe room with the MBS facing photo therefore l booked the room. But at the hotel, l was told that not all Urban Luxe rooms face the MBS, and l should have called the hotel to request. However, l was told that my Urban Luxe room was being upgraded to Room 606. As l thought my booking was an MBS-facing room, l asked the receptionist if 606 is facing MBS, and she told me it's not. But she kindly told me she'd look for an MBS facing room for me. After waiting for about 15 min, she came back to me and informed me that she had switched my room to 603 and assured me that it's MBS-facing. But when l went up to room 603, l found out that it's facing the main road and The Central, the side which l didn't want. So, l went down to ask her to switch back to the 606, which is actually facing the side l wanted. She told me that room 606 was given to a couple after me, and she had no other room to allocate to me. She told me that all guests for the day had already checked in. So, l had no choice but to remain in 603, paying the price of other's mistakes. I had told her that l wanted to watch the fireworks from the room, and that's why l wanted an MBS-facing room. She told me to go up to the rooftop to watch the fireworks instead. However, we later found out that the rooftop lounge was closed for a private event. Not wanting to spoil our fun, hubby and l decided to go to the riverside to watch the fireworks instead. Despite all these hiccups, the hotel room didn't disappoint us (apart from the street view). The bed was comfortable and nice to sleep in. The decorations and fixtures are cosy and relaxing. And it's clean.Good TWG teabags and Bacha coffee bags were provided. We love the breakfast as well, especially the curry chicken with prata and the pancakes. The staff at the restaurant and those we met in the lifts are friendly and cheerful. Just hope that the receptionist was better-informed of the room orientation and the events that's ongoing in the hotel.

Nice location and beautiful room. However there was no parking available.

Absolutely loved this hotel! The exterior has a charming vintage vibe that really stands out. The service staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Inside, everything felt super clean and cozy — just the kind of atmosphere I enjoy. The price was also very reasonable for the quality offered. Overall, a wonderful stay and I’d definitely come back!

總的來説很滿意 文化遺留的用心之作 從步入門的那一刻便感到驚喜 要説細節最見匠心 這家酒店的細節值得我看了又看 與一眾豪華酒店的標準化配套不同 這是一家有温度的“公寓” 是的 我更願意稱之為公寓 因為像家 . 建築外形巧妙利用斜面製造了“新舊交替”視覺效果 實際是完全獨立的新舊建築 交界處有種別有洞天的感覺 套內面積不大 追求豪奢的客人可能會感到失望 但使用下來 處處考慮得當而周到 不多不少剛剛好 如果入住的是老房子的部份 便能看到原始留下的老地磚 帶着使用痕跡卻又歷久彌新般存在 . 設施：4.5 插座略不夠，餘下很好 服務：5 對歷史感興趣的人可以詢問前台，接待人員介紹很熱情 交通：5 十分便利，克拉碼頭幾步之遙 . ps：樓下酒吧會有點吵，在意的可以提前溝通房間朝向，我當時玩的挺累了沒受影響。
