Excellent service from check-in to room make-up, breakfast, and buggy service! All staff were friendly and helpful. Special thanks to the lady who assisted us during check-in, our personal butler Wenxin for being very helpful, the friendly security guard who took time to talk to my godson, and Carolyn for her attentive and approachable service during breakfast. We loved the room and the pool inside - the atmosphere was perfect for a peaceful and relaxing stay. We definitely appreciated the welcoming staff and will consider coming back!

服務太差了。設施跟不上。 完全不值得這個價錢。 住了兩晚， 火警響了兩次。第一次第一晚凌晨1點半，第二次早上7點。在睡覺的我們都被吵醒了。 電話打前台 和管家永遠都沒有人接。 接駁車要等10分鐘以上才到。 管家衹在幫我們辦入住的時候見過一次。微信和whatsapp 都不回訊息。 第一天晚上我們坐接駁車回房間，司機都不知道我們的房間在哪裡，要停車一個屋子看號碼。 裝修也很不好。吃早餐的餐廳 空調在滴水。 房間裝修燈的按鈕壞了，牆邊 損壞。 沒有接駁車到vivo city 很不方便。 酒店説客人衹能坐的士去vivo city 坐火車站。其他酒店在聖淘沙也有接駁車。 不推薦這家。

The locaton of the resort is far away from the hustle and bustle of city life and it offers a kind of tranquility with few people around. If you are looking to indulge leisurely in the seclusion of a villa and enjoy some of its limited amenities, this may be the place for you. By the way, we like to thank the bartender, James, for two of his cocktail creations which has made our evening memorable.

健身房在酒店範圍之外，目前SPA和健身房與隔壁的索菲特共用，裏面設施器械比較少，適合自由重量訓練。酒店裡有很多藍色孔雀還挺好看的，經常跑到屋頂上。

I had such a wonderful stay at Raffles Sentosa. My butlers, Ronnie and Christopher, really made the experience special - they always seemed to know what I needed before I even asked. A real highlight was my 10pm bath every night, which they prepared perfectly. With all the rain during my stay, it was exactly what I needed to wind down. Breakfast at Empire Grill has really improved as well. I couldn’t go without the salmon eggs benedict and the crêpe - both were spot on every morning. I had dinner at the Empire Grill and Royal China as well this time which was perfect for hosting my guests. I also had a massage with Feifei, which was fantastic. She’s excellent and I’d highly recommend her to anyone staying at the resort. All in all, it was a memorable stay with those little touches that make Raffles feel so special.

一共訂了3個房間一晚，一共4萬，真的是冤大頭。入住後酒店出入要靠電瓶車，不方便。在沙灘回來，預約電瓶車回房間一個多小時後才回復，速度極慢。晚上回到房間發現沒有熱水，然後找管家，管家叫了工程部的人過來，看了10分鐘説修不了，然後就直接離開了，20分鐘都沒有後續回覆，後來我們電話追管家情況，他才去瞭解情況，打算給我們換房。期間管家和經理都一直沒有出現，服務極其不好，一直投訴才最後出現。第二天發現有個房間的大門原來沒辦法關上，在外面用力推就能打開，修也修不好。連房間的水果都是發黴的。極其不推薦，旅遊的心情都被毀了~

The villa is simply awesome, our private butler was great as well. Laksa was the most yummy one which i have tasted. Every staff is amazing. However we encountered some minor issues with the lightings in the room. Overall a great villa and we will be back!
