酒店櫃台前線員工服務有禮。而且酒店位置距離地鐵站步行只需3-5 分鐘。大可以在Tanjong Pagar Station, Exit A。 酒店房間寬大。他們沒有提供支庒飲用水。但是在房間的洗手間內裝設有獨立濾水器系統。人客可以自行隨時飲用、方便快捷。 酒店附近可以步行到 Maxwell Food Centre （麥士威熟食中心）、只需10-15分鐘。如果從酒店步行到牛車水景點也只需20 分鐘。 酒店也有提供自助式早餐服務。食物種類一般、沒有驚喜。 如果下次再到新加坡、也會再次預訂入住。

Sehr schönes, sauberes Hotel. Super Lage in Nähe Chinatown. Freundliches Personal. Schöne Rooftopbar und Hotelpool um zu Relaxen. Habe ohne Verpflegung gebucht. Konnten am Abreisetag unser Gepäck kostenfrei beim Concierge deponieren.

酒店位置非常方便, 附近有藍線綠線棕線, 不管到哪邊都非常順. 飯店的食物也不錯, 房間也很舒服, 還有露天泳池, 要不是每天都趕F1的行程真的很適合在飯店待一整天. 但活動期間的房間價格真的是有點嚇人, 荷包大失血.

Amazing location, room and service. We enjoyed the large pool on the third floor. However, the gym is for the size of the hotel really too small! We struggled every day to workout properly due to the small space and few equipment provided. Other than that, the stay was great.

Service: the staff was so friendly, since it’s our graduation 永安 and the first time we visited singapore, we were so grateful that the rooms were upgraded and we had a great time throughout the 永安! Environment: the toilet were cleaned and tidy, the soup smells really relaxing.

Room was big and comfortable although some places not exactly the cleanest but overall is acceptable. The location os great and alot of nice food places around and for the price, it is definitely one of the cheaper hotels that have a nice bathtub. Probably will visit again in future again.

Good size and clean hotel. Good service that I had an issue with door lock and they sent someone to fix it right away. Good location being in business area and close to MRT. The plus is Fairprice supermarket is opposite the hotel.

酒店地段真的很好，大堂的服務員也熱情。不過整體衞生一般，而且那個洗手盆的水，小的和眼淚水一樣。第一天入住的被單居然有黴斑。每天打掃的人也不一樣，第三天那個最差，拖鞋也不給。反正商務出差，性價比還行。真的要説舒適度，很一般

My favourite hotel for staycay. Been coming back to this hotel. Nearby CBD and Vivo City. Easy access to the MRT and bus services. The room and toilet is huge, I love the fast flow of the shower. Only no bidet. Check in process also smooth. Friendly and helpful staff. Overall is a good plc to stay.

Just arrived at the hotel, due to a payment issue, the taxi driver delayed letting me out of the car. Then, a dark skin slim bellboy immediately opened my car door, took out my luggage, and very rudely urged me to get out quickly because he needed to let another couple board—claiming they were in a hurry to catch their flight. At that time, my handbag was open, and my wallet was exposed because I was keep trying different card plus the card machine wasn’t working, and the driver was restarting it. I felt extremely unsafe—what if someone had suddenly gotten in and snatched my things? I was really furious. That male staff didn’t even apologize to me. The couple’s time crunch had nothing to do with me—why couldn’t they have arranged an earlier time or another taxi? about he didn’t respect me and chase me. This is the most I damn angry. And, another thing is I need to request up to two times to FO/Housekeeping to change the battery or another weight scale for me. Breakfast was good and clean table.

這是我第一次入住的酒店，位置近MRT，對面是超級市場、麵包店、熟食市場及餐廳，可以食早餐，晚上食海鮮，好方便。酒店後面是MRT，也有食肆，亦可以行街。 床非常舒服，環境幽靜，職員也很有禮貌，他們安排connecting room 給我們一家人，也給我們地圖，好專業。下次再去新加坡，這酒店是首選的。
