We had an unpleasant experience during our stay at this hotel. The soundproofing was very poor — we could hear constant noise from the hallway and traffic next to the hotel throughout the night, which made it difficult to rest. Early in the morning, the housekeeping staff were especially noisy, talking and moving equipment loudly right outside the rooms. To make things worse, the receptionist had poor communication skills and was unable to articulate clearly when I tried to clarify some details about my booking. The overall experience felt unprofessional and far below expectations for the price paid. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quiet and comfortable stay.

We had an excellent stay at Lloyds Inn. Staff really helpful. We arrived early but allowed to leave our bags in reception and settle in our room sooner which was a great help after a long and tiring flight. Staff were also helpful about using reception washroom/shower before we flew home. The room was super clean and just right. It had everything you needed including dressing gowns and jandals for around the pool. We liked the tea and coffee machine facilities outside our room and the pool area was relaxing too. Would definitely come back here!

現場預定的價格會比較便宜 主要是入住的時候一整天都在施工很痛苦 太吵了，而且早餐竟然是給券然後要走很遠的地方去換 太不方便了 入住了好幾天 沒有一天真的去吃的 至少要曬太陽走十分鐘去兌換

This is one of my favourite hotels in Singapore. A green oasis of peace and quiet, smack in the middle of Singapore. A down the hill you’ll find Killiney Road with several delightful restaurants set in historical buildings and at the end of that street you stroll into Orchard Road, between Somerset and Doby Ghaut. Staff is very friendly and helpful in general but I would like to mention Annie especially. With her positive attitude, local knowledge and cheerful attitude she was able to resolve any problem and very much made my stay truly unforgettable. I would very much recommend this hotel for couples and those looking for a relaxing, romantic, and charming urban retreat.

Simple, quiet and minimalist environment. Clean and smells good. Nice and approachable staffs. Good location, restos are nearby as well as the MRT. Highly recommended place to stay!

I chose this hotel for a staycation. I was terribly disappointed that I didn't get a good rest. I was unlucky, I got a room with windows facing the road. Although the street is quiet, but there is no soundproofing at all, you can hear cars. And outside the window, air cons units or something like that and there is a constant humming noise. There are huge gaps between the curtains, on the window to the shower room (and it is on the street) there is no curtain at all. I managed to sleep with earplugs and an eye mask only. Huge gaps between the doors to the shower room and mosquitoes and other bugs fly in from there. On the plus side, nice staff. Beautiful hotel grounds

旅館距離福康寧地鐵站走路15分鐘，往下走5分鐘左右就有便利商店和店家可以吃，旅館早餐是跟店家合作的，有兩家可以選擇，住了兩天就兩家都吃吃看，在旅館吃東西要到後面裝水的地方，也有美祿和咖啡可以喝，泳池蠻小的，洗澡是半室外，第一天入住冷氣不涼，去跟櫃枱人員反應，馬上就幫我們處理和換房間，櫃枱人員服務和態度都很好👍

Hotel muito bonito, numa zona calma mas perto (a pé) de várias atrações e transportes públicos. Quarto muito confortável, acesso gratuito a água e cafés (bem como microondas) numa área ao ar livre muito bonita. Piscina lindíssima (plunge pool) rodeada de vegetação. A cereja no topo do bolo? Casa de banho junto à receção com duche completo, permitindo ao hóspede que já tenha feito check out, mas tenha voo ao final do dia, visitar Singapura, tomar banho e mudar de roupa.

 A special accommodation (Garden Room) in a super central, quiet and green neighborhood. Off Orchad Road, where else can you find a ground floor room with a patio and an outdoor shower? I prefer this to any closed air-conditioning room, especially in Asia. The hotel has a minimalist concrete architecture and the Japanese-style room was larger than comparable in Singapore. In the wonderfully green outdoor area around the pool you can relax and forget that you are in the middle of a cosmopolitan city. The airport bus stops a 5 minute walk away, there is also a good mini hawker center around the corner as well as the famous breakfast restaurant Killiney Kopitiam. Breakfast there is now complementary, great offer!
