And excellent place for a budget stay in the heart of China town. Cosy and clean place. Yanni, Mary and Shannen were really nice and always ready to help. If you're looking for a decent and clean place to stay in down town, would recommend this one

Perfect location right in the heart of Chinatown with 2 MRT stations nearby: Chinatown and Maxwell MRTs We booked the Premium Suite which was a little bit better in space equipped with a washing and drying machine as well as a small kitchen Mary was excellent in her service and we were pleased with her commitment to finding solutions. Yani and Mary replies were quickly made, so it was an edge if I had to compare the experience to Heritage Pagoda Negative point: No lifts if you have some luggage this might be an inconvenience Would definitely recommend both places: Chinatown and Pagoda based on our experiences

Overall experience staying with this hotel is excellent! The staffs Gracie, Yani, Mary and Shannen, who helped me onsite and through chat with luggage, check in and everything since day 1 until I left are so friendly and helpful. Definitely a place that wont disappoint you. I like it that everything is so clean and tidy in the room.

The location is excellent, conveniently situated near amenities and public transportation. The staff were also very helpful and friendly. The only drawback was that the room required air circulation due to a damp odor emanating from the bathroom during our entire stay.

這間飯店設備很齊全，房間不大但是兩個人助剛剛好，房間裡面有微波爐、冰箱、熨斗、好幾支衣架、房外還有洗衣機、烘衣機真的很齊全，而且地理位置很棒，走出門外就是熱鬧的牛車水，吃東西、觀光很方便，推推大家去新加坡可以住這間👍

衞生乾淨房間也不小，適合短期出行。 沒有櫃枱的服務更適合個人出行。

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Heritage Collection- Chinatown! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality and excellent service. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the digital concierge went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. They were so easy to communicate with. Huge shout out to Carms, Mary and Maica for always checking out if we need anything. 10⭐️ Our room was clean and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable, and we slept soundly every night. Don’t expect a huge room/space since I think this is the standard budget hotel in SG. But for us it was more than what we expected. Read the details of the hotel room before booking. It was great for its price considering hotels in singapore are expensive. The location was perfect, with easy access to restaurants and MRT which is a huge plus.
