Literally, we can not call this place a hotel. They mainly house immigrants worker. And sorry to say, the hygiene standard is not there. Smell stink. I felt cheated, as the rate by 永安 is expensive. Anyone out there, never even think to try this "hotel"

Caution:the hotel may be used mainly as a workers dormitory  • staff met : friendly  • bed: comfortable /clean  • “bathroom”: a toilet cubicle with a sink and a shower hose — but.no space  • room:  veery small for others available at this price  • hotel ouutsidenif room: not clean and the peculiar smell may be stuck in the air conditioning  • other rooms: APPEAR TO VE USED AS WORKERS DORMITORIES CRAMMED WITH BUNK BEDS AND BAGS ETC!!!

房間環境還可以，建議大家選擇和入住，離西安大學城不遠，新加坡唐人街與新加坡小印度都在附近，前台服務到位。

Suitable for a short night stay given the location and price while waiting for flight transit overnight. However the room is dirty that there are stains on the bed and pillow sheet. I also saw a cockroach! Room is small but I do not mind. Cleanliness is something K Hotel really need to work on.

服務人員衹見到了兩個大爺，會説中文，言語間和眼神帶着點看不起中國人，想着趕早上的航班休息一會，房間差一點無所謂了，連乾淨都談不上，在裏面躺着蟑螂會爬到身上，果斷退房，辦理入住到退房一小時左右，之後永安和酒店溝通，酒店竟然説是早上才退房的，可以説是**至極

None of the staff are willing to help out. I am not sure why they have to scan my passport and print it out, when i was booked through 永安 already. They can just ask and check it or a different identification. But scanning my passport and printing it out is against my privacy.
