雪花酒店 (Snow Hotel Lavender)

很少給差評，但這家店絕對值得 很舊很破 一樓還沒窗戶 很臭很壓抑 空間很小 放個箱子就滿了 但這些都忍了 畢竟600多一晚要什麼自行車 沒有吹風機 熱水壺一股惡臭 問前台借熱水壺人家吊都不*你 用中文和你説房間裏就有 毛巾也有問題 用完渾身癢癢的

Expensive fare, not worthy for staycation, room is decadent and mouldy, smelled with stench, no breakfast, near rail of DT and EW line station

What I love is the room has a mini fridge and internet speed is fast. The front desk and housekeeping were courteous and helpful as all my request were accomodated. Also, the location is nearby food center, supermarket, and MRT station which is great. What I don’t like is the room, as it is really tight especially the bathroom. Also, the bed is not comfortable as you can feel the spring. I got a back pain after my stay here. They should replace the bed with a new mattress. The TV is not working, also wall socket are limited. There is a table but it is really small and there is a dent. Needs to be replaced also.

You can’t expect much when staying in a budget hotel in Singapore. We know exactly what we’re getting for the price we pay. It’s all about the size and cleanliness of the space.

Tempatnya nyaman, bersih, apa lagi kamar mandinya bersih banget, dekat dengan stadion jalan besar dan stasiun mrt, dekat dengan 7eleven... suasanannya tidak bising, harganya cukup murah... ada kulkas mininya juga...

Booked for 3 nights for 3 person. When arrived at 4pm was told to wait for 10 minutes due to lock issue and they couldn't open the door for the room assigned to us, then have to wait for another 30 mins to clear out another room because they couldn't resolve the lock issue. Inside, the room is small, full of dust and even found a fingernail on the bedsheet, the fridge is dirty and shampoo container is empty and has to ask for a refill (they couldn't bother to check before assigning the room to us). Day 2: We inform the front desk staff to clean up our room before we head out but when we came back to rest at the hotel, the room was not clean. Only by 5pm, the workers came to change our towels, emptied our trash and replace our water bottles. The night before we checked out, around 3.30 am, the fire alarm went off and woke us from our sleep. It persisted for 30 mins and we had a bad rest. The overall experience for our accommodation is awfully poor and wouldn't recommend people to stay here. There are better hotels near Lavender MRT.

房間不大但很乾凈，廁所也乾淨，有牙刷，護髮素，沐浴露（國外酒店洗澡拖鞋要自備），洗澡有温水，水流很大很舒服，地點非常好，左右兩邊都有地鐵站個人建議去East west line那邊的站坐（旁邊食閣很便宜），前台服務很好，最最主要的這家店竟然給準備瓶裝水（這點非常加分），總之如果是中等消費水平的很推薦來這家酒店，性價比高

My stay at Snow Hotel Lavender was okay, but there were a few downsides. The room was really small, which made it a bit uncomfortable, especially for the price. The soundproofing could be better – I could hear noises from the hallway and nearby rooms, which affected my sleep. I understand prices were higher due to the F1 event, but for the rate charged, I expected a bit more comfort. The location was convenient, but I’d consider other options next time.
