酒店地理位置是沒得説，非常好，靠近Somerset地鐵站，步行去orchard義安城都是幾分鐘的路程，但又不是完全在烏節路邊，屬於鬧中帶靜。 酒店服務也很好，門僮前台都非常熱情。 酒店設施確實是舊，尤其空調，很響…我是睡眠好的那種，但是還是會覺得響，温度也有點忽冷忽熱，出風口也有點對着吹。因為入住期間是滿房，我也沒有想要換，但是設施真的要好好維護了。

環境整潔舒適，服務周全，工作人員態度十分友好。房間view一流，十分贊！

Entire experience was great (room, services and comfort) except for the breakfast. Since i have experienced other hotels i compare it to their breakfast meal. Others serving it in buffet but in ascott you have to choose meal one at a time. So if you choose wrongly for the first order then you have to finish it even you don't like the meal coz you have to finish it first in order to order another meal. I think it will be great if you make it as buffet then the rest will be perfect.

An excellent experience of stay, environment and high quality of services from the hospitality team. Couldn't be more demanding from what we have been through (an excellent time) with the hotel. Definitely wanna come back to the same hotel that left lots of good memories during the 永安.

Air conditioning seems rather loud. There’s no parking for guests. Location is great, right in the middle of Orchard Road with lots of shops and eateries. Hotel is clean and well maintained. Reception was kind to extend check out time to 2pm as my guest’s flight was only in the evening. 😊

First Time Staying in a Serviced Apartment – A Pleasant Surprise! This was my first time booking a serviced apartment, and I was genuinely surprised by how it compared to a traditional hotel room. The space was larger than expected, and the setup felt like a home away from home. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I was even able to get an early check-in, which was a great plus. The apartment was clean and cozy, consisting of a living room connected to a mini kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. I was impressed by how well-equipped the room was, featuring a washing machine with detergent, a dishwasher, a sink with cleaning supplies, a fridge and freezer, a coffee machine, a hot water dispenser, and a full set of kitchenware—including knives, forks, spoons, cups, glasses, plates, and bowls. There were so many amenities that I didn’t even get to use them all! The bathroom was equally well-equipped, and I absolutely loved the rain shower—I enjoyed it so much that I didn’t want to step out. The bedroom was incredibly comfortable, with a soft bed and plush pillows. I fell asleep almost instantly. Another great feature was that the TVs supported AirPlay and Chromecast, making it easy to stream content regardless of my phone’s operating system. For breakfast, I dined at Kith Café on both mornings. The food was delicious, and I appreciated that the spread was different each day. If you’d like eggs, just ask the staff about the "eggs of the day." Overall, my two-night stay was one of the best I’ve ever had. The experience was well worth the price, and I would definitely return if I get the chance.
