這是我十多年前（應該是２０１３年)住過的酒店，主打經濟實惠，現時已與Hotel81系列同一集團，附近有巴士站，距離地鐵站約15分鐘步程。第一晚發現熱水微弱，致電前台，工人說要待明天才維修，我向前台提出換房要求，三十分鐘內給予同層換房，廁所浴室沒有乾濕分離，但對我獨自住沒有影響。我從新換的房間的窗口外望與附近住宅樓距離(見圖)十分近。提示，如要一次性拖鞋，要主動詢問才有。

The room was extremely small and the bathroom floor seems to be extremely slippery when wet. Room doesn’t come with a minibar nor a refrigerator. The TV didn’t offer access to HDMI so you couldn’t watch your own shows even if you wanted to. Cleanliness of room was lacking. Breakfast spread was small and offered extremely limited choices.

Not only that, but also the room they gave me smells like mold as you can see in my pictures below and it was very not hygienic at all. I asked to change the room and the staff refused even though it's obvious that there was a mold stench, claiming that this is the only room available in that tier (as if it's my fault that this room has a mold problem because obviously, i wouldn't pay a single penny to have such a toxic stay in a foreign country). Room is very small.

第一次陪同父母來新加坡，入住的這家湯申酒店特別滿意，前台有位華人客戶特別熱心幫忙叫車，門口戴眼鏡的華人也特別熱心幫忙叫車，有問題也會耐心解答。印象最深刻的是個子高的華人大叔，特別熱心和藹可親，早上無意間碰見大叔擦玻璃，特別認真的工作精神，讓人尊敬。

Courteous and accomodative of all staff . Rooms may be slightly small but very clean with basics that satisfy my stay. Location is a plus with good acessibility to foodstalls around, bus stop to further interest attractions, malls, hawker foid, and shopping ..all within close to proximity fistances of 7 to 12 minutes. Its my favorite stay experience here when im in Singapore visit. Would be back the next.
