went down at 6am, couldnt check in, service staff said to cancel the booking through 永安 and book the hourly one, so i did, but tried refunding twice both times rejected, scam hotel scam app

廁所傳出異味，因為房間非常細小，抽風亦差，就算關了門也傳出嗅味。 牆身電制位只有一個，充電非常大問題。 房間地板濕濕的，但沒有拖鞋提供。 毛巾發黃。 枕頭有漬，幸好自己帶備了一次性枕頭套。

房間空調不能關，也不能開，90年代的老空調，前台撒謊，中午入住的前台謊稱排風系統關不了，是全樓循環的新風系統，但讓我放心不會吹到人。反覆確認了好幾遍才入住，結果第一天就被吹到感冒發燒，耽誤了後面兩天行程。我們要求退房，這時候突然換了另一個前台説排風可以關掉了？！！（態度極差!不承認自己同事撒謊）。後我們想退房不想繼續住店，找永安協助協商，店家死活不肯退，要求我們給一天違約金。我們沒辦法，處於經濟損失考慮，在冰窖一樣的小旅館住了七天。永安補了300元紅包，算是一點安慰，還不夠在國外兩個人買感冒葯的錢。整個旅館設施極差，90年代小旅館，又舊又老，空調如同冰窖。更好笑的是退房的時候前台打完電話確認我們不再續住，馬上把我們房間空調打的特別低風超大（這是逼我們趕緊退房呢）

Have been coming here and it's clean, nearby got food places , got u mart , quite a convenient place , got bus stop nearby and value for money. Service Staff was nice sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo good stay most of the time. Thank u:)

They never state tat we cannot hv visitors, b4 I checked in I did ask they if my friends can come over 2 visit, they said can, I had a few friends in n out, a malay lady staff was not hapi abt it n kept tellin me I should noe?????? 2day was my check out. I overslept, I think d recep was tryin 2 call my rm but I was 2 tired n was in deep sleep. They could not even wait, d cleaner or contractor came n knocked my door so hard n was leaning on d wall wif 2 leg against d wall n askin me, u extend or leaving? I means wats wrong wif d staffs. Al so rude n impolite. When u enter d recep din even smile or greet u. Al d face like not hapi 2 see us. Very bad experience. Never wil I ever book Balestier 81 ever again.
