Location of hotel is a little hard to find but entrance of hotel and lobby is wide and spacious so you can tell its the hotel right away once you turn into the correct street. Staff at reception counter is friendly and helpful! Room is decent for its price but housekeeping could have been done better especially the headboard where the light switch is located, it is very dusty.

受付の男性はとても優しく愛想があり安心できた シャワーが最初水しか出なく確認した時も室內のスイッチ押すんだよって教えてくれました 隣接する飲食店はとても繁盛していた 時間がなくて利用ができなかったのが殘念 近くにセブンがあり便利だった シンガポールはお酒は深夜買えないのが殘念であった リトルインディア駅は徒歩9分程度 近隣はインドの方向けの店が多く異國感があった 室內は綺麗とは言い難いが寢るだけならまぁ良いかと 荷物も夕方まで預かってもらえて助かった

Other than the location, everything else quite disappointing. Pictures looked amazing but the actual room seems pretty far from the real thing. Maybe in the past it was like the pictures but definitely not now. At the reception, staff just kept pointing to the sign that states all the information for check in like the time and deposit information. Yes, you have a sign, but what if I cannot read? Upon entering the room, it was hot and stuffy. There was cigarette smell. Might be from the room or from the back alley cause the windows were opened. The glass and mirror was full of water stain and the bathtub water was quite yellowish. After the tub was filled, it feel slimmy. The Wi-Fi router also looks like it is falling off the ceiling and the light at the bathtub area did not turn on. Water pressure was good and hot water was pretty scalding which is good but other wise, they need to step up on the maintenance and refurbishment.

床墊太臟啦!性價比很低。還是住新的快捷酒店，價格差不多。這麼臟的環境，堅決不給退，謹慎預訂!房間裏東西很隨意，缺少吹風機，洗手皂等必要的東西。衞生間蟲子很多，總體感覺臟臟的，沒有好好清潔。

Cleanliness should be improved, we noticed the sides on the windows and around the lamp in the room has dust build up and considering that we booked the suite room is unacceptable that even the basic parts is not clean. Also, for a room called The Greate Suite only has such a short rod to hang our clothes on doesn’t justify the profile of the room. I understand its a 3 star hotel but maintenance should still be apart of their routine as a hotel. Location of the hotel is quite nice though, convenient walk to the mrt station

I want to thank their friendly, kind & accommodating receptionist named "Hasley". We asked him quite a number of questions where to go from the hotel to eat or buy some stuff, what to ride and others, he is very helpful and always smiling. Thank you brother! I also like the location and place we stayed because it's also near the train station and very accessible to everything and we paid it at an affordable price thru the app with a 永安 discount membership. Lots of food to choose from and nightlife is hype as well, a lot of bars and restaurants surrounding the place. Friendly neighborhood and we had a great stay. ❤️
