Ambassador Transit Lounge, Changi Airport Terminal 3 – 永安 Review During my recent visit to the Ambassador Transit Lounge at Singapore Changi Airport’s Terminal 3, I found it to be a generally comfortable and functional space, though there were a few notable drawback Ambiance and Comfort: The lounge is clean and modern, with comfortable seating and a calm atmosphere conducive to relaxation. However, the lounge’s relatively small size became a limitation during my visit. With a higher number of guests at that time, finding a preferred seating spot was somewhat challenging, and the space felt cramped. Additionally, a few guests were not mindful of social etiquette, which detracted slightly from the otherwise pleasant environment. Amenities and Services: Facilities such as Wi-Fi, charging stations, reading materials, and shower amenities were all available and well-maintained. These essential services are functional and convenient for transit travelers. Signage for key facilities could be clearer to enhance ease of use, particularly for first-time visitors. Food and Beverage: The lounge offered a modest selection of snacks and beverages. While sufficient for a short stay, the variety and quality are limited compared to larger or premium lounges at Changi. Service Quality: Staff were professional, courteous, and attentive. Check-in and general assistance were handled efficiently, contributing positively to the overall experience. Value for Transit Travelers: The lounge serves its purpose well for travelers seeking a quiet place to rest during a short layover. However, for those expecting more space, privacy, or extensive dining options, alternative lounges may provide a more complete experience. Overall Assessment: The Ambassador Transit Lounge at Terminal 3 is a clean, comfortable, and functional transit option. Its smaller size and occasional lack of guest etiquette can be a drawback during busy periods, but the lounge remains a convenient choice for short-term relaxation. Rating: ★★★ / 5

The setup is great and affordable for short to medium term layovers. The meal part was the best as you can have a bite anytime you're checked in. Also great for a baby to have a rest.

食物還行，衹是進去後才發現這個貴賓室不大，旁邊的椅子勉強能捲縮着睡，洗澡間水很大，免費的毛巾也很方便，旅途中間休息一下是不錯的。

it good for me for flight back with earlier flight

I don’t even have a room, thay say I just have 3 hours For seat not sleeping I bring my daughter with me 😡 With tired and need rest but I don’t have a place😢 So I go to next door hotel rebooking again and I lost $350 only for 6 hour

Got there to find my confirmed Change of booking no longer ‘Booked for bed and room and shower and breakfast “ as they were full, didn’t matter how much I explained to the receptionist and showed her what I’d paid for she said I had 3 hour lounge use only! At midnight a person doesn’t need this aggravation
