新加坡阿頓精品酒店 (Arton Boutique Hotel)

房間不錯，外部環境很安靜！就是我連住了幾天，其中幾天跟印度人或者馬來西亞人做鄰居，他們帶着孩子晚上吵到很晚，早上又很早在吵，床上用品乾淨舒適，房間設計合理，看起來很整潔，入住還不錯的體驗，退房時間嚴格要求 12 點！

在新加坡住過各種各樣的酒店，這家酒店給我留下了最失望的感覺。 最讓人無法忍受的的是床單，被子和浴巾很舊，質感很差，邊角有破爛，床墊上，被子上有明顯的污漬，黃色的，黑色的。本來預訂了兩個晚上，我衹住了一個晚上就check out，這個晚上讓我徹夜難眠，渾身瘙癢，瘙癢持續了幾天，還買了葯塗抹。 酒店工作人員説我住的房間不朝陽，床上用品潮濕可能引起不適。一個晚上的房費就算捐獻給酒店了，實在無法容忍。 一大早就把情況反映給了永安客服，同時發了三張現場照片，永安工作人員説確實不衞生，難以接受。

房間非常小，非常非常小，沒有早餐，沒有窗戶。這周趕上航空展酒店不好訂，這個就是比青年旅館好點。4晚6200多元。

位置還不錯，房間比較封閉！

我住的5樓是loft，空間也很小，大體型朋友不友好。 設施：挺全的，房間裏該有的都有，空調不太好，直吹床鋪，太冷 衞生：衞生一流，這是基本要求 環境：環境有點狹小

LG smart TV with webOS is excellent. Air conditioning is working fine, I slept well.

I want to come back here again. The location is close to the malls and eateries.

I booked a 3-night stay from 22/07/2025 to 25/07/2025. Upon check-in, I was informed that my room had been upgraded from a Superior Queen Room to a Queen Loft, which is located on the first floor near the reception counter. I didn’t question much and proceeded to the room. Unfortunately, the room was far from what I expected. It looked completely different from the photos shown online. The space was extremely small, and the soundproofing was very poor — I could hear around 80% of the noise from outside, including people’s conversations. The noise continued until midnight, making it difficult for me to sleep. The next morning, I left the hotel early and no staff were present at the counter. As I was in a rush, I didn’t have the chance to request a room change. When I returned at around 6:30 PM, I asked to be moved back to my originally booked room. However, the staff member in charge didn’t even check for availability and immediately told me there were no rooms left, speaking with a very bad attitude. I insisted she check for me, and without responding, she began looking at her computer. After some time, she told me I should have informed her earlier and not at the last minute — again, speaking in a rude tone. I explained that I had been out the entire day and didn’t have the opportunity to speak with anyone about the issue. Eventually, she asked me to pack my things and said I could change rooms. She handed me the new room key without saying a word and continued with the same poor attitude. Overall, the service from the staff was disappointing. The hotel seriously needs to improve its soundproofing, especially for the rooms located on the first floor.

不要🙅住‼️ 第一體驗感非常不好！第一次幫我check in的房間空調是壞的！一直是送風我開到了16度新加坡這麼熱的天！結果酒店讓自家員工上來看了一眼就走了！還狡辯説沒壞，是我沒開關好空調？我想問我成年人不知道開空調？第二次給我換了個味道特別大的房間！一股消毒水的味道根本沒有通風！我一直在外面不敢進去，頭暈噁心！最後是因為酒店房的過錯還不給我退房子還讓我換一間，我説實話早上出去玩很累了不想折騰了直接換了其他家了，這家酒店不要住！在新加坡最大殯儀館旁邊地理位置非常不好！房間就跟骨灰盒的結構差不多，非常小！悶！擠！不要被酒店的宣傳圖片騙了！
