The hotel in it's day would have been grand, however the lack of maintenance have contributed to it's poor current state. Firstly the front yard is overgrown with mostly plastic rubbish spread throughout. On entering the foyer it was dark and dingie. After checking in the first room given, on entering smelt strongly of urine. Given another room after informing staff of the smell. Rooms are large however in very poor state. Broken power connection & bed side tables. Rotten wood frame and bathroom with large section of mould. Very unpleasant and uncomfortable stay. The location is around 30 drive to the town centre. The road getting to the hotel is bad shape, with potholes and corrugation. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone

The hotel is poor in terms of hospitality. Rooms have moldy spots and there isn’t hot water for shower. The hotel has a large outdoor pool, one of a kind, but sadly it’s dirty and under maintained. It’s surrounding are dirty with rubbish everywhere and it’s room facilities are lacking. Transportation is hard to come by, Apparently guests needs to plan early with their transportation provider to send and pick them up from the resort. The hotel doesn’t provide transportation nor help to arrange for transport upon check out. The good thing is, the resort is next to the beach, a theme park and a marine zoo for u to visit during the day. But there is hardly any activities during the night, and all you can to is go to bed and sleep early. TV and mobile phone signal are poor in this area.
