We stayed on the second floor.  The space was very loud.  You could hear people partying in the main area on first floor as well as swimming in the out door pool area.  Hard to sleep with all the noise.

The personnel at the counter were all great, especially when we checked in. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet, and the wooden tokens make a nice addition with a nightcap. The local was close to the Hard Rock and Famous Dave's that I was looking forward for a BBQ Dinner.

We loved our stay. We were nervous because previous reviews said the furniture and carpets needed replacement. Not true! The ambiance they are going for is a rustic cabin or fishing lodge. As far as I could tell, just one chair in each room is „distressed“ meaning the chair was new but had been beat up to make it look old. The breakfast was very good. I‘ve never seen croissants at a hotel breakfast before. We especially appreciated that the rooms were truly clean-no stray hairs or flecks of junk to try to ignore. I thought the beds were perfect while my husband said they were a little too firm.
