Had a good stay here..Suitable for short stay but i think for long stay is also good . From booking, payment to accommodation is good and easy.. For guest who want to stay here, should prepare RM100 for deposit...Prepare cash better and faster.

We had a pleasant stay! The hotel is very clean and definitely kids-friendly, my children enjoyed the place a lot. The staff were all friendly and helpful. We had a small issue about soap and a plug in our room, but the team responded quickly when we complained. Overall, it was a good experience! 👍🏻

We had such a good time here! The room was comfy, facilities complete, and the staff were super nice. My kids really enjoyed the pool—it’s spacious and perfect for them. The only thing is, gazebos are limited (just two), but there are plenty of chairs by the pool. It does get a little hot while waiting for the kids, though!

Overall stay was okay. The mini waterpark is only suitable for small kids, there’s no real pool for swimming. The waterpark area also has no shade, making it very hot during the day. Breakfast was okay, nothing special but acceptable. Other than that, everything was fine.

We recently stayed at this hotel for a family getaway, and overall, it was a wonderful experience, especially for the kids! The highlight was definitely the splash park – our little ones had a blast there every day, and it was the perfect spot to keep them entertained for hours. The staff were also outstanding—very attentive, friendly, and accommodating. They made sure all our needs were met and were quick to respond to any requests. It really felt like they cared about making our stay as enjoyable as possible. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, and the amenities catered well to families. However, we did encounter some issues with cleanliness. When we checked in, the toilet hadn’t been properly cleaned, and there was some leftover rubbish in the room from previous guests. It was a bit disappointing, but the staff were quick to resolve the issue once we mentioned it. Despite that, we had a great time, and I would recommend this hotel to other families. The splash park alone is enough to make it worth the stay, and the friendly staff really made a difference in our overall experience!

Best hotel for family staycation. Waterpark just nice for kids & guardian! Room is clean, nice interior. Good food. Need to improve the lift system. Long queue during checkout. Lobby & cafe quite small especially when school holiday season. Very crowded.

As per the other comments, the hotel should build some canopy or more pondok(malay) beside the pool, anything that allowed the parents to wait for the kids under the shade. Especially in the morning, around 9am+ onwards, the sunlight is super duper hot, and we can get the heat stroke easily. Another issue is that the mattress is soft, already sagging, and the blankets are thick, too hot, and caused a little bit difficult to sleep. The other things are all good, checked in out is fast and easy, they've referred my requests too, and the room & toilet is clean, but no spoon is provided in the room, remember to bring your own one. The breakfast is also good. They're providing beach towel beside the pool as well, have to return it before we go back to the room.

Our experience here was truly enjoyable. The place is clean, with excellent amenities and very family-friendly. My son especially loved the spacious and fun waterpark. The surroundings are comfortable and perfect for a family getaway. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices. The service was also satisfying, with friendly and helpful staff.

Good experience staying at this hotel. Is a newly open hotel. The splash park is big and we enjoyed the fun in the park. There's also towel provided at the park, which provide convenient to the guests. Just the cons is there is only 2 shelters in the park which are not enough to cater the guests in the hotel. We are under the hot sun when parents are waiting the kids playing in the park.
