酒店環境非常優雅，服務員態度親切熱情，每次來住都有賓至如歸的感覺。房間佈置得很温馨，設施齊全，非常舒適。酒店周邊有很多好吃的餐廳和購物中心，非常方便。總體來説，這家酒店性價比非常高，下次還會再來入住。

Probably one of the worst hotel I ever stayed and if not is THE WORST OF ALL!! Ok so the good thing: has a nice view. That’s it. Issues: 1. It’s so far from anywhere, other than the sea itself, which many other hotel also have the same distance from the sea but much closer. 2. When we came the AC didn’t work at all and the room is hot, called the receptionist and chase persoballg and called again, no one ever come to fix the Aircon until 2 hours were about to check out!!! Really nightmare! 3. It’s all old furnish, bed actually broken, and the linen looks not clean, the seats looks dirty, I 4. 2 of the hand towel was dirty and I just use it to wipe the wet floor, coz they don’t give the bathroom matt, and when we’re out, looks like someone came and see the 2 towels I left on the floor, completely wet and fold it and put it on top of the clean towel!!! We came back and there’s zero clean dry towel!!! We end up not showering coz they don’t want to send clean towels 5. So they want us to clean the kitchen and the rubbish when we check out or they charge us 30 euro!!! We go to hotel to avoid this!! 6. The shower and the tap, both doing the same thing. Which makes it difficult to even just washing face. It goes from cold to super hot within seconds and then straight away super cold again. And then become super hot again! Unusable! 6. I paid over 500 sgd for this????!!!! The worst hotel ever!!! Will ever stay here ever again! It’s just super super bad!!!

Because the hotel didn’t check advance and hung the broken and unfixed bathroom mirror on the wall, my child was injured when he was hit by the fallen mirror while washing his hands in the bathroom! The hotel didn’t apologize in person, and no staff offered condolences. They thought it was just a broken finger. They are a hotel unwilling to take any responsibility, even if the property maintenance staff said that all the mistakes were caused by them. I really do not recommend it to anyone. You have to rely on luck to stay here, if anything goes wrong don't count on the hotel, they won't do anything!

分別於六月初和中旬入住過兩次，簡直是黑店！在我未同意的情況下，扣除了信用卡120歐元和30歐元，所謂的衞生費！前所未聞！大家一定要注意！永安作為平台，也與其溝通了很多次，對方説就是要收，沒理由！是他們酒店的規定！這不是盜竊嗎？
