A great improvement on the cleanliness, bravo!! Value for money stay in a small town. Convenient location. The drinking water machine is a plus and free coffee & tea sachets provided at the lobby. Will sure to return again soon.

Quite a decent hotel to stay. The room is quite clean and comfortable. Toilet is clean as well. The location is very convenient as there are some restaurants, convenience stores and cafes nearby.

Second stay in this hotel and it is still as good as previously. Checked in late on the day of arrival and was promptly given room that i've requested. Everything was hassle-free.

I'd booked for this hotel via online in 永安 apps. The rate for online booking is RM 92.47. Due to my late check in, I asked my friend who stayed nearby to the hotel to check in the room first. As a normal practice, my friend put a deposit for RM 50 at the counter. To be surprised, the staff issued a receipt of the deposit and room rate for RM 84.15. There's a difference of RM 8.32. As far as I'm concerned, we'll get a lower price when booking online rather than walk in. The cleanliness of the room is not in perfect condition as the bedsheets and the floor are dirty. I'm sorry to comment on this as to ensure the hotel management asked the housekeeping staff to do their jobs properly.
