Had a brilliant stay at 1926 Le Soleil! The staff were so lovely and attentive, and I really appreciated the thoughtful touches, like being offered showers and changing rooms both before and after check-in. The location was fantastic, surrounded by plenty of great food spots. We also spent some time at the beach club, where the food was delicious, and enjoyed the rooftop pool with its amazing views of the city. The rooms were beautiful, and although we had a slight issue with the door codes, the staff were quick to help and resolved it right away, couldn’t fault them at all. I only wish we’d stayed longer to make the most of all the facilities. The spa looked incredible, so that’s definitely on the list for next time. I’d absolutely stay here again!

房間有消防安全隱患！酒店經理Philip態度惡劣！ 房間裏的桑拿房在前台幫我打開以後自燃了，火一下就着起來了，黑煙很快蔓延到整個酒店，所有人都緊急撤離了，我們在屋裡的行李被燒壞了，前台和其他工作人員還算負責有在努力處理協調各種事情，但後續經理Philip的態度很差，説好了房間裏的東西會打包好給我們，結果打車過去又改口説酒店沒有我們的東西，而且態度傲慢，不聽我們説話，打斷我們，不信我們的説辭，嘲諷我們太大聲了，根本沒法交流，最後發現酒店確實有我們的東西也沒有任何道歉，態度惡劣。 建議大家不要住這家酒店，設施安全不能保障，而且遇到問題了這家經理Philip根本不會幫顧客處理，衹會推卸責任，服務差勁。 建議酒店換一個duty manager，現在的duty manager Philip第一不能和內部協調溝通，我們溝通過的幾個人都説之後會把我們的東西打包好給我們，衹有Philip拒絕承認這個事實，他沒有能力管理酒店事宜，第二Philip不尊重客人態度傲慢，我們在溝通過程中沒有得到應有的尊重，Philip衹是在陳述他自己的偏見，並沒有進行有效溝通，也沒有試圖幫我們解決問題，衹會一味重複和推卸責任。差評

The location was great, near the sea. The service and the room is great. Especially enjoyed the beach club as the hotel allowed us to keep using the service after we check out

房間空調是壞的 因為靠海整個被單都感覺濕濕的 前台態度及其的差 非常不supportive 任何事情都説不行我們做不了 那請問到底要前台幹嘛的 我們訂的是premium suite 問可以不可以延遲退房一小時 直接喊了兩個男士來敲我們兩個女生的門 兩次！ 真的從來沒有遇到過這種情況 太太太太太rude了 真的大大大大大大勸退

Amazing hotel with excellent facilities and exceptionally friendly staff. The beach club with infinite pool is a great highlight, offering a relaxing atmosphere and a beautiful view. Highly recommended for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Very Disappointing Experience – Poor Communication and Double Charging I stayed at 1926 Le Soleil & Spa from February 26 to March 1, 2024, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing and terrible. Due to a system error and lack of clear communication from the hotel, I was charged twice for my stay. When I checked in, I provided both my name and my girlfriend’s name, but the hotel staff failed to inform me that there were two active bookings under similar names. As a guest, I expect the front desk to notify me immediately if they notice duplicate reservations, especially when both guests' passports were presented. Instead, the hotel remained silent and later charged me a no-show fee for a booking I was never aware was still active. Afterward, trying to resolve the issue was frustrating. Email responses were slow and often came at the end of the hotel's working hours, making communication inefficient and prolonging the situation unnecessarily. Even after multiple clarifications, the hotel refused to take responsibility for their failure to inform us at check-in, pushing the blame onto the guests instead. This is completely unacceptable service for a hotel that claims to be four-star quality. I am extremely disappointed and will not recommend 1926 Le Soleil & Spa to anyone seeking professional and trustworthy service during their stay in Malta.

性價比超低。最讓人大跌眼鏡的：衹有第一天提供免費瓶裝水。這是啥很貴的東西嗎？空間超小，雙人房完全沒有可住性。早飯以這個價位來説也很差，種類少，煮雞蛋和炒雞蛋腥味超濃。另外前**速可能特別快。

Déçu de la chambre : un.peu petite, certains points auraient du etre refait. On nous a upgrader, mais ce n'est pas l'impression que ça donnait. Balcon minuscule avec une vue horrible donant sur un chantier de construction (voir photo). Sinon le personnel est super, les installations sont belles et le petit dejeuner etait vraiment bien. Dommage pour la chambre qui descend clairement le niveau de l'hotel.

What a splendid hotel! We spent a wonderful holiday here. Amenities were perfect, and the location was great. Only 5 mins to the ferry terminal. Also many lovely restaurants nearby. Staff were kind and helpful. Highly recommend
