The room and bathroom was really smartly styled to a high standard and very clean. Check in was late so did it one the express check in which was easy.. the only two things were that there was a lot of loud doors closing all night with guests coming and going for flights.. and other than the shuttle bus it is quite a trek to actually get to the airport

First of all, don't be like me and be confused between the Holiday Inn and Holiday Inn Express Airport/NEC. Rooms are comfortable and large. I didn't try the restaurant but it was nice that the bar was still open at about 10 pm. There's a free shuttle to the airport that I used this morning.

I am very disappointed to this Hotel. One night 135p. But they don't provide with free Water. Breakfast is very less. And Bvz of it is too close to the airport. The house is very noisy. I never live this Hotel again.

整體體驗還行，酒店的地理位置非常優越，交通便利，機場近。房間裝修現代，設施齊全，床鋪舒適，床鋪的軟硬度適中，保證了良好的睡眠質量。浴室乾淨整潔，浴巾和毛巾也很柔軟，還有游泳池。前台一般，酒店人流量密集。

I would recommend the Holiday Inn highly as .my overnight stay on 5/2/24 was excellent. Free shuttles to and from train station, helpful professional staff, lovely room and good restaurant food at reasonable prices. I will definitely book again if catching early morning flights. Shuttle bus starts at 5am but was fine for my 7.40am flight although long queues at security checks.

Staff were unaware of the standard sofabed size and we were given a single bed sofa for two children. when asked told it was the standard size and we should have booked a suite. however next day staff moved us to double bed sofa . Food was good

The hotel’s parking lot became over crowded due to an event. Meaning we had to park in the airport’s car park and walk back. Unfortunately the location of the hotel means that we were very close to the take off runway and we could hear planes all the time, the windows and walls were not soundproofed enough. Lastly the pillows were rather uncomfortable as they were much too empty, felt like a ballon instead of an actual pillow. Otherwise the room and the hotel were clean and the room service was actually surprisingly pleasant. The staff we encountered was friendly and helpful. The food they served was really tasty as well.

Das Personal der Rezeption und im Restaurant waren sehr freundlich, bis auf die Lage, obwohl mit dem Airport-Shuttle zum Flughafen war auch das auch kein Problem. 🙂🙂🙂 Falls ich noch mal ins UK fliege. War das Holiday Inn Airport NEC genau das richtige um noch mal zu entspannen um entspannt nach Hause zu reisen. Danke noch Mal an an das gesamte Personal.

The environment is very good ,tidy and clean.And the room is with nice window view.Especially thanks to Mo and his team,as in the morning we need urgently need a comference room and Mo has been so kind to arrange the conference room for us.Very nice experience indeed!🙏🏻
