A lovely clean hotel, the rooms have everything you need in all the right places and the location couldn't be better. A nice welcome from the staff upon arrival. We have used this hotel many times and will continue to do so and would certainly recommend without hesitation.

永安 messed up our booking, indicated that I booked a family room but in fact they got me a 2 single bed room, which wasn’t great for my family of 3. Premier Inn Solihull tried their best to accommodate by getting us a room with a queen bed and a sofa bed. Well done 👍

Great hotel in a superb location close to bars, restaurants and the Touchwood shopping centre. Also handy if travelling there by train as less than a 10 minute walk. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Shall definitely book again.

I booked a family room 1 at least 1 month before. And we checked in at 4pm, they gave me a twin room. They said my booking was a twin room. How come they accept 4 people to make a booking for twin room?

Service war Super die Leute waren Hilfsbereit freundlich und kompetent. Konnte nicht besser sein. Zimmer sind bequem gewesen aber der Badezimmer war ein bisschen renovierungsbedürftig.
