到英國出差，主要因為靠近機場，方便出行。酒店環境可以。就是附近吃的不多。

我們搭乘凌晨到達的航班，所以選擇了這個機場酒店，離機場很近，走出客運大樓就看到了。房間面積還可以，我們有小朋友，幫我們開了梳化床，洗漱備品也用的蠻好的。

Great location to stop night before, literally walk over the road and your in the airport, I did a night before bag drop to make things easier in the morning before my flight. It’s a winner for me, friendly staff and good food in the restaurant tops it off.

Good value for money but just be aware of the parking situation. The only option is Birmingham Airport parking. Whilst you receive a 50% discount staying at the hotel, it could really add up if you stayed for more than a day or two

空港の目の前にホテルがあり非常に助かりました。 フロントスタッフの方がとても対応がよかったです。 ホテル內にレストランがある他、空港內にも深夜まで営業しているミニスーパーマーケットもあるため、食事面でも困りませんでした。 部屋も綺麗でソファベッドもセットされていました。 とても快適でした。

I rang ahead and asked if I could check in 20 mins earlier but that was extra £20. Was given room 400 but was dirty. Moved to room 435 which was opposite lift and an accessible room. Facilities included tea/coffee, ironing board and safe. The room faced the departures area of the airport. There is a bar & restaurant on site. The room itself was quiet and sound proof from airport noise. Staff seemed friendly enough. But the hotel is more 3 star than 4 star. Convenient for the location.

Hotel is just within walking distance from the airport. Early check-in is charged with reasonable fees. Very friendly and helpful staff.
