Nothing fancy, but with excellent location, just 2 mins walking distance to BHX Airport which is very good for travelers to stay for the early flight the next day.

For a budget hotel it is expensive, no kettle or coffee, tea etc in room no extra pillows in room Air con poor bed uncomfortable and small to move around

Great location right next to the terminal building. Basic room but quiet, clean and comfortable. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room. A little pricey though I thought for such basic accommodation..

Check in very prompt and friendly. Room clean and fresh. Had food early evening in the bar/ restaurant. It was ok, crispy chicken burger with chips. Would stay here again as it’s so convenient to departures at BHX, walking distance

Slow check in. Booked 2 rooms was spaced out 4 floors apart. Requested same floor. Receptionist just tutted went back to machine and handed over the keys , they were on the same floor but they didn’t even state that

The hotel was very friendly. They let me store my large amount of luggage downstairs in their store room. The bedroom was basic but adequate. It would have been nice to have a kettle and tea and coffee. Instead you had to go to another floor to find the coffee machine. I did not eat at the hotel. There was a restaurant and bar. The room was clean and warm. Ideal for one night before an early flight.
