The hotel itself is a fairly nice property, however, the service was very unprofessional. The worst part was when our room door was opened by a staff member at 1 AM while we were in bed. It was loud and frightened us. This was a serious invasion of privacy and ruined our whole experience. The explanation provided was not satisfactory and the token offer to make up for it is offensive to me. I would stay away as there are many other opinions in the same area.

Das Hotel ist gut im Port de Soller gelegen. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers ist TOP! Das Frühstück sehr, sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Danke an Mikchaela für den hervorragenden Service!

Felt at home from the second we walked through the door. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. Room was perfect with a beautiful view across the bay. Breakfast was so delicious. We had munch and dinner whilst we were there and it was fantastic Pool area was great. Plenty of space. Great bar and tables for Lodi’s or they were happy to bring it to your bed. Really want to come back.
