法羅二號酒店 (Hotel Il Faro)

地點很好，房間乾淨，早餐不錯！

這家酒店真的非常Nice，一下船就能看到

オーシャンビューと書いてあるにもかかわらず、小さな窓から、身を乗り出して海が見える程度でした。ソレントのオーシャンビューを楽しみに選んだけど、最悪でした。次は他のホテルを選びます。

Best for location if you are arriving by ferry. The service was very good as well and friendly staff. There is a bus stop right across as well if you need to get to the railway station.

Nice hotel and they made my day by giving us ocean view room even though we didn’t book it. Good people and very clean

Hotel fica bem em frente a saída dos ferry mas muito abaixo do centro, lojas e restaurantes. Fomos atendidos por uma funcionária bem grossa, deu informações erradas e não deu outras, atrapalhou totalmente nossa viagem. Quando retornamos a noite pra o hotel, tomar banho e ir jantar o banheiro estava entupido, foi muito difícil!!! Nessa hora foi uma funcionária ótima nos ajudar, o hotel não deveria perder pessoas assim. E bar da piscina fecha super cedo ou seja… vá dormir

Staff are rude, breakfast is awful definitely give you food position. I would avoid this hotel. Rooms don't look like photos, very disappointed for what I paid

It wasn’t terrible but I definitely wouldn’t book again. Location wise - it is on the port so good to access the beach and ferry, however, you have to walk up ++stairs to get to the main town where restaurants and shops are. I do not believe that the room itself was worth the amount we paid. This was one of the most nicest/expensive accomodations of our 永安 and we were so excited for our stay here. Our room had mould in the shower, the shower door did not close properly and the bed was hard it felt like a plinth. I attempted to discuss this further with the staff regarding a change of room with no success or alternative solution to my concerns. Other than that, having breakfast included was good and most of the other staff we interacted with were really friendly and helpful. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend Hotel Il Faro to any of my family or friends visiting Sorrento.

I would think with the pictures showing a pool and daybeds these would be free but when we got there they told us they are 15euro each day to use even though we are hotel guests. The reason we chose a hotel with a pool rather than paying for 1 at the beach. Very disappointed. The showers are very small we aren’t big people and found it hard showering. Balcony was good as could rinse clothes and dry outside but just placed over the chairs. No kettle in the room but can get free coffee with breakfast. Breakfast was included which was great. Scrambled eggs, ham, cheese, danishes, juice and coffee. Location was great coming off the ferry as right at the port with luggage. If going to town it’s a big stair case up to the top or you can walk along the beach to the lift down the road which is 2 euro to use. The bar upstairs has amazing sunsets, lovely watching the sun go down and they have a DJ playing lovely slow singing music which all generations could enjoy. The drinks are slightly priced at the bar though. The restaurant at bottom of hotel was great. 7 euro Margherita pizza and you get 10% off being a hotel guest. I would probably next time stay in town as closer to everything but I like walking and hiking for exercise so the big staircase worked for me but wouldn’t for lots of people. I think the hotel may of said they have free taxi to town but not 100 % sure.
