海濱小屋海灘和珊瑚酒店-全包 (Casa Marina Beach & Reef All Inclusive)

景色非常漂亮！讓人流連忘返。自然生態好，各種小動物和鳥類。早餐和晚餐都是全包免費的，餐質量也不錯。特別超值。房間略顯舊了，衞生還好吧。

Had a surprisingly great time at the resort. The bad reviews almost made me not stay but I'm glad I did. Although the resort is small the food was really good. Even better than other puerto plata resorts I have been to. I had a massage by Yordan & it was the best massage I have ever had & very reasonably priced as well. I would definitely return.

I loved everything was all inclusive. Was a great place, but I feel it was majority for couples & older people. I also think the vendors inside is a bad idea because if people are there to relax there is no need to have people harass them to buy services or items. Some people just want to sit by the water & hear peace. It’s already somewhat difficult with kids running around but it’s very tolerable. Other than that amazing place to just relax & have downtime.

Enjoyed the food! Service was very friendly. Internet service provided only half of a day versus 24 hours I paid for.

I had a bad experience in this hotel and I would not reserve in this place ever again. First, they gave me a room that wasn’t ready. One of the beds was untidy and there were no power. They gave me another room with power and tidy beds but the shower and the phone didn’t work. Then, they changed to another room with a worse shower that did not work at all. At the end, they put me back in the second room and sent a handyman to change a piece of shower. After that, I realized the bathtub was full of ***** hair 🤢🤮 Seriously, It was more than obvious that they have troubles with cleanliness. We couldn’t eat at the restaurants because they only take reservations from the day before (I was staying for just 1 night 😐) so I had to go to the buffet which it was great for dinner, the food was delicious. However, breakfast wasn’t that tasty. The Omelette guy mixes all ingredients in the same bowl and then uses the same bowl to prepare the next omelette. Gross. I order an omelette with just cheese, and it tasted like onions. Gross. I selected this hotel because it looked like one of the best in the area but if this one was that gross, I can’t imagine how worse are the other ones around.
