酒店安保比較嚴格，我們自駕去的，先檢查後備箱，再進行防爆檢查，進酒店過安檢門。服務相當不錯，代客停車。酒店下樓就是海邊，治安很安全，斜對面有2家法餐，味道不錯，價格便宜。衞生不錯，就是房價貴，沒法，想到國際酒店要安全點

Overall, it was a good experience. We had contacted before arriving asking for an early check-in due to traveling with a 2 year old, but no rooms were available. The room was brilliant, and they delivered a cot straight away when we got in there. The pool was great for the little one. Drinks were fairly prompt. When going back to the room, various appliances were not working. A quick word with reception, and someone was there immediately and fixed it all. Someone then came to check 30 minutes later (great service). Had room service. Mixed our order up but they came quick enough and apologized. Salad was tasty, but the jambon and cheese sandwich had no cheese. Breakfast had a good range. Fresh omelets were nice but wish I could have had fresh scrambled eggs.

在蘇塞萬豪酒店住了4天，選了半食宿，房間含早餐晚餐。酒店真的如其他友友點評，客房和電梯太陳舊了，根本達不到萬豪標準，客房床品比不上國內三星級，廁所是單獨一個小間，簡直就是招待所標準，不忍拍照上傳。還好酒店的游泳池、全日餐廳、零點餐廳環境很棒、服務非常好，拯救了這個酒店。在蘇塞，也沒有太多選擇。整個城市除了酒店區域就是臟亂差，到處是垃圾。

A professionally run five star hotel at the center of sousse. Interior design in the hotel is impressive and eye-catching. Flawless cleaning service. Rooms are immaculate, furniture is new. We stayed there three nights, and had room service every day without an interuption, which was great. Staffs are friendly and welcoming, especially those working at the reception. Muhammed was extremely professional, has resolved a couple of issues pretty quickly. He was so kind, he allowed us late check out as our flight was running in the evening. Food was delicious and was enough for us. We loved their freshly made smoothie in the breakfast and in the dinner.

Facile d'accès et le long de la corniche de la plage de Sousse, excellent hôtel 5* avec du personnel charmant et compétent. Entrée et parking protégés. 8 étages + sous sol réservé aux soins, sauna, spa et grande piscine. Les chambres sont grandes, la salle de bain est bien fournie en produit de soin, coffre fort individuel. Nettoyage quotidien et remplissage eau, sucre, café et thé en fonction de la consommation. Plusieurs restaurants et salons de détente, et deux piscines extérieures et une intérieur chauffée. Nous vous conseillons cet hôtel avec un bon rapport qualité prix.

Otel şehir merkezinde ve denize sıfır olduğu için konumu güzel. Odalar temiz. Olanaklar yönünden çok fazla beklenti olmaması gerekir ama ortalamanın biraz üstünde bir otel. Sousse şehrini ziyaret edecekler için tercih edilebilir seçenekler arasında.
