Un très mauvais service .. je pense que l’hôtel ne mérite meme pas 1 étoile … le personnel est vraiment non professionnel et très très mauvais.. j’ai regretté mon séjours dans cette établissement et je reviendrai jamais et je recommencerai personne de y allais .

Terrible experience despite the good location. Food was often horrible, WiFi almost useless, as an arab I felt discriminated compared to foreign guests, only few staff are friendly and smiling. Definitely not worth the expectations.

Was a last-minute 永安, and we've got the best deal ever! Really enjoyed my stay. Lovely location, nice beach, amazing staff and animation team. I will go back!

OMG, the room is so so and the bathroom was wet and not so clean. One of the pillow was smell stinky. The hotel was dark i donno why. The staff in reception was not so nice and unfriendly. I got the wrong room not as what i booked. Buat the pool beach was lit and really good

Location was excellent, Hotel lobby looks like it could be 5* but thats as far as it goes. We upgraded to a sea view and paid extra at the desk and the service was awful. Bad breakfast selection, no remote in the bedroom, no working fridge, no coffee/tea selection in room, watered down shampoo/body wash, maids coming into the room whilst in shower although we have do not disturb on, thin walls so u can hear people slamming doors and watching TV, our nights were sleepless due to noise and when we complained to the receptionist nothing was done about it. Painful beds as springs broken She charged me extra for city tax aswell, Do not stay here and just pay more and go down to the Movenpick as you will get both service and benefits.
