This place is a fraud. Advertise under 永安 with a address belonging to a hotel. Furthermore, we could not check in because, the phone number provided is disconnected. Plus when we phone the number belonging to their address there was no reservation at all. We phone 永安(Sydney), who could not help us, not even provide a fair explannation. My family and I had to book in another place as an emergency. 永安 took our money, even kept asking for $300 deposit. Basically, the merchant stole our money, and apparently there is nothing we can do.BudgetAir does not take any responsibility. We reported the fraudulent transaction to our bank(Commonwealth Bank of Australia) which keeps asking for further documentation, although a great deal has already been sent. I personally would never use 永安 nor recommend it to anybody.
