非常非常非常好！！房間面積很大，免費提供洗衣粉和洗潔精，餐具廚具都很全；衞生不錯；地理位置很好，能看到CBD景觀，不遠處就是SB地標。

房間很大，適閤家庭出遊，有全套廚房用具，並有燃氣灶非常適合自做飯，還有洗衣機和烘乾機方便，酒店位置也很棒，離昆士蘭博物館藝術中心等地幾百米，

我們將車停放在 Best May 1 的停車場，但現場完全沒有任何標示或告示牌顯示「限停四小時」。在沒有任何清楚告知的情況下，我們的車卻被拖走，造成我們極大的困擾與額外費用。 作為旅客，我們依照住宿資訊停車，卻因為缺乏明確的指示而承受這樣的結果，這讓我們感到非常驚訝與不安。 另外，我們想一併反映：房間整體雖然位置方便，但設備維護與清潔度並未達到我們預期。原本我們不打算提出，但此次停車事件與整體感受使我們覺得有必要完整告知您： • 房間整潔度不足（可視情況補充：例如地板不夠乾淨、浴室清潔不到位等） • 部分設備老舊或使用上不太方便 • 整體入住體驗沒有達到標示的品質水準 我們希望您能瞭解旅客的實際困擾，也希望未來能加強相關資訊與設施，以避免其他旅客遇到同樣的情況。 期待您給我們一個回覆，謝謝。 We parked our car at the Best May 1 parking area. However, there were no signs or notices indicating that parking was limited to four hours. Without any clear information provided, our car was towed, which has caused us significant inconvenience and unexpected expenses. As guests, we followed the accommodation instructions, and it is very surprising and unsettling that such an incident occurred simply due to the lack of proper signage. Additionally, we would like to share some feedback regarding the room. While the location is convenient, the overall maintenance and cleanliness did not meet our expectations. We did not intend to mention this initially, but given the towing situation and the overall experience, we feel it is important to let you know: • The room cleanliness was below expectations (e.g., floor not very clean, bathroom not properly maintained) • Some facilities are old or not functioning smoothly • The overall stay experience does not fully match the quality indicated in the listing We hope you understand the inconvenience we have encountered, and we hope the information can help you improve the experience for future guests. 酒店位置很好，住在29樓，景色也不錯，樓下就是酒吧一條街，樓後面是家華人超市和蜜雪冰城。但是公寓是老房子，地板泡過水，我們三個人住衹給了兩套毛巾，衹有洗護，衞生紙和吹風機，廚房的餐具和廚具也很有限。

網站比較如實反曬景觀，地方方便，衞生ok, 接待服務ok, 挺不錯入住體驗，如果有下一機會，下次再訂！

公寓式酒店位於南布里斯班，鄰近地鐵站十分方便。 房間夠大，有房有廳及露台、適閤家庭客入住。地方乾淨衞生。家居設備齊全。

Great location in South Bank - walkable to the CBD (20 mins), nice restaurants and supermarkets. Free visitor parking for 4hrs was handy.

The lady in the reception is a bit rude when I arrived and about to check in. She just said “name?” instead of “may I have your ID please?” as usual in other hotel or apartment, which make me not able to react right away The carpet in the room got stink and I guess there is a water leakage, which extend to the bedroom, I don't believe they didn't check it and let people to stay in Lucky they refund me 2 nights of stay because I need to leave earlier to avoid the cyclone, which is only the good point for this apartment. I might stay here again but will ask for the room change if there is stink on carpet again
